Highly highly highly recommend Guardian! I used them for my apartment move out. I had a few spots where my rescue dog had accidents, so I was worried my apartment complex would charge me for carpet damage, but guardián did such a great job that that didn’t happen. The they're also incredibly affordable and SO nice.

Nathan came out on short notice to help with an odor in my new car. He meticulously cleaned the carpets and upholstery and used an ozone treatment to rid the car of the smell. His attention detail was impeccable! I really appreciate his quick assistance and amazing work.

I have to say they are fast but that’s not always a good thing. They should have taken the time to get most of the water up. My carpet is soaked.
I would have excepted them to do a job correctly and not give me a face like “it’s not my job”. Not sure if I would use them again.

I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Guardian Carpet Care for cleaning our carpets. Our new puppy decided to pick a few spots to use despite having a huge doggy door. Guardian not only removed the spots but made it smell a lot better. You guys did a great job and are more affordable than your competitors. I will be scheduling future appointments to clean other rooms in the house. Thank you so much.

From start to finish, Hanna and Nathan were both great to work with. When Nathan arrived to look at my carpet he informed me, prior to starting, he wasn't sure if he would be able to completely clean the stains off my carpet, but he would do his best. I could have paid a little more for a pre-treatment spray, but I opted out, and decided to move forward with what he could do. Nathan did a great job! The cleaning was quick and I was able to walk on the carpet afterwards. Even though we weren't sure the very old and very worn carpet would look that much different when he was finished, I was amazed with the end results! The carpet still has the "worn" look to it, but it looks so much better than it did. All communication and scheduling needs were handled by Hanna, who has also been great to work with.
Overall, I am happy with the way my carpet cleaned up. Next time I might spend the extra money for a deeper clean, but for the price, I have zero complaints. Thank you to the staff at Guardian Carpet Care!
