I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks now and they just keep asking me to resend my photos of my carpet but then will not respond to me at all, if you're not going to respond to people, why conduct business via text? Just don't understand.. Will be taking my business elsewhere I suppose.

Took care of a large hole in our carpet made by the dogs on very short notice. Highly recommend!!

Very professional!! Very pleased with company, owner came in and repaired my carpet. I had a huge burnt spot in living room owner repaired it in a Timely manner and you can’t even tell carpet was repaired or damaged!

I was preparing for my PCS and had to repair the carpet. These guys were great. The carpet repair was flawless and called to notify that they were running late.

I have my carpets cleaned every 6 months and every time they my carpets look like new. They are friendly, professional, and great prices.

Guy skipped out on a job. Set up a time. Said he got frustrated, he got lost, pur roads were too rough. Actually made ot to our house and turned around at the TOP of our driveway and left. We even waved at him. He never called for help or directions. Now we're screwed and have to move our showings.
Don't recommend.

Prompt, professional, honest, very reasonably priced and friendly. Impeccable work! I had to have the carpet on the second floor of my home power stretched. It's a very tedious and time consuming project due to the awkward shape of my hallway. I am very pleased with the quality of work I received. You can not tell the carpet was cut open in multiple places. Truly flawless seems! But, the annoying ripples and bumps are gone! I will be using this company for any cleaning or repairs I have.

Randy came to our house to patch up this hole. I'd post the after photo but I can't find the place where the hole was anymore. He also fixed a carpet edge while he was there for no extra charge. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. 100% recommend!

Randy did an excellent job removing carpet wrinkles in the master bedroom and closet, and family room. His knowledge, workmanship, expertise and 20-year experience were obvious from start to finish. Highly recommended!

And absolutely great job removing dirt and wine stains from a badly abused rental property. The ability to clean wine grape juice other dark stains was absolutely amazing. I used A Carpet Doctor to repair damage to my carpet, my dog had chewed several holes in the carpet. Not only was the quality of the work very good, they're extremely affordable. All repairs look seamless and besides the shade difference from high traffic areas, you can't tell it's been patched.

Randy, the owner, did an awesome job reparing two places on my carpet's where my dog had chewed on them. He was able to come fix it right away. The price was unbeatable and he was fast, professional, and friendly.

I have 4 large dogs and they constantly tear up my carpet. My wife has been complaining about the stains and smells. Other carpet cleaning services I've used in the past have been unsuccessful at removing all of the stains. Randy and his team were able to take care of of ALL of the problematic stains I had as well as the odor from my dogs constantly running around and tearing the place up.
