Had carpets cleaned, have not been at all impressed! Would not recommend for carpet cleaning. Even had customers who knew we were getting them done say " I thought you were getting your carpets cleaned? " We did!

She does an excellent job job cleaning our office. Communicates well with staff on items needed.

We are a residential cleaning company and Stratus does the cleaning at our office space (common area), cleaning the hallways and bathrooms. They are very responsive whenever there are any issues (which are rare). The people are friendly. They do a fantastic job!

Had a couple glitches in the beginning but the customer service was fabulous and they got me taken care of.
Now, I am very happy.

I think our Stratus representatives take really good care of our clinic. Since we are a hospital, we really need things to be clean around here. Angela, our personal caretaker, is responsive and quick to think up solutions when there is a an issue. Good system all around.

I am on the Board of Directors and a complex with 146 units, 3 laundry rooms and a clubhouse. We hired Stratus 4 months ago to maintain our condo complex and could not be more pleased. The company we had prior gave us horrible service and only came once a month. Stratus comes 2 times per month like clockwork and they gave us the same price as our previous vendor. That's twice the cleaning for the same price so needless to say we are very pleased. They call every 2 weeks to check up on us, they leave us a communication pad in case we have any complaints or needs. The difference is night and day and we get compliments from the residents all the time for hiring them. Highly recommended!!

This company is great! They clean 2 offices for us, and they are very thorough. They genuinely care about the job they're doing, and check in with us frequently to make sure everything is up to standards.

We had Stratus clean the floors for one of the medical offices I manage. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Everyone I talked to and worked with was top notch, and our floors look amazing. They stripped and re waxed and did our carpets and our floor look brand new!! I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to our building managers and other local offices.

We recently switched to Stratus from another cleaning service and the difference has been night and day. Things we'd given up hope would ever be cleaned - like file cabinet tops and glass partitions - are now gleaming. We are a medical facility, and in hindsight, we should have been ashamed of how we had allowed the prior company to slack off. Our clinic manager's office hadn't ever been dusted or vacuumed in the past. Now she arrives at her desk each morning giggling over how clean her office is. Customer service with Stratus has been a huge improvement as well. The first month after contracting with Stratus, a representative has arrived in person at least once a week to check on what we think of the cleaning, and to make their own inspection for quality. Requests made with the prior firm were submitted by email, and the response from the managing team, whether intentional or not, regularly came across as snippy and put out. We had asked, for example, that the cleaning crew not arrive until after the last patient had left the building and were informed that this would be a hardship for the crew. They complied with our request for about a week, then the crew began arriving earlier and earlier; and while they didn't come out onto the treatment floor, they could be clearly heard vacuuming the back hallways. If you've ever been in a restaurant when they start vacuuming the floor, you will understand how our patients felt. The Stratus crew doesn't arrive until the early morning hours. We never see them or hear them; the clinic is just magically beautiful in the morning. We absolutely couldn't be happier.

I hired Stratus to handle an urgent basement cleanout for our client. Not only did they come out on a weekend but they handled our whole process with ease and provided before/after photos as requested. Greg was communicative, prompt, and his crew was timely. Highly recommend!
