Sean is dedicated to using the latest and greatest technology to get the job done and seeing him work I believe it. He is meticulous in his service, from their multi-step process to the floor cleats they use to protect baseboard trim, I have full confidence in the condition of my air-ducts and dryer vent. With competitive pricing and results that beat the competition I will be relying on them from now on.

They are amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. They went above and beyond. Helped fix some vent fits too. Can’t thank them enough for cleaning out the nastiness in my vents. They found nails and even soda cans. Grouse. Also they did the job the right way. No short ends taken. I highly recommend.

The team was amazing. Responded fast on a quote and was able to book them for later in the week. They were respectful, willing to answer any questions, and explain the process of how they clean the ducts, why they use the process they do and gave clear instructions for after the cleaning. They cleaned up while going and even showed us what was in our ducts. Definitely will be calling them to use the business again.

Tricia and Sean were great. They showed me pictures as well as kept me up to date on what they were doing. Sean repaired a place where the carpet installers didn't get the metal back correctly so I was losing air in my new HVAC system. So glad I went with this husband and wife team!!

I just purchased a 25 year old home. Not very old as far as Homes go though when you don't know who's lived there before, I figured it's always a good idea to clean the ducts (turns out they had probably never been cleaned or hadn't for many, many years). Earth Friendly was recommended to me and it was the best choice. They were up front on the pricing (unlike other companies I checked). They were prompt, honest, thorough, efficient, as well as super nice and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. My new home is so much fresher now...Highly recommend them for anyone thinking of getting their ducts cleaned. I'll definitely be using them again!

Sean & Tricia provided dryer vent cleaning. Sean was amazing in finding a pipe not correctly fitted in the crawl space. Of course, Sean corrected the error. Additionally, the hose at the back of the dryer was too long & Sean used a much shorter hose. The dryer is now working wonderfully. I highly recommend Earth Friendly air duct cleaning.

I very much liked their vacuum-based approach. It doesn't blow residue anywhere. They were very timely, polite, thorough, efficient and enjoyable company. Exactly what we wanted; Sean and Tricia were on time, informational, very nice, very thorough, very efficient, respectful of our home, our ducts look amazing, every vent and return panel was well cleaned before reinstalling, one whole-house package price - no counting vents or adding extra fees, and even fixed a vent for us at no additional charge! Sean and Tricia (the owners) were so professional and take great pride in their work. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and even showed me all the nasty stuff in my vents. The grates were painted on and they very carefully pried them off and kept a very clean workspace. Will definitely use them again and recommend their company 100%!
