Stanley Steamer staff are the best. From Debbie who answered my call to the guys who came out to clean. I called for cleaning of my son’s room because the dog peed on the carpet. I could still smell pee after the first cleaning, which they said can happen, so they came right back out to deodorize again. They came to clean the next day after I called both times.

Stanley Steemer is outstanding! Our crew Brian and Chris were friendly, professional, efficient, and respectful of property. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service, and the terrific outcome. We positively will be repeat customers!

Isaiah and Harland took great care of our home. They got us in same day. I called for a carpet cleaning and rug cleaning, and ended up having them do our master shower and stairs and landing carpets. They did a fabulous job. They were fast, but thorough and our home smells and looks so clean now. I will definitely be calling them to come back in the future.

Both gentlemen were very informative about the hard floors in living room and hall. Kitchen looks amazing. They even wax the hardwood floors for me with the wax I used. I’m disable and my sister was my caregiver, but she passed away in May. I appreciate the help and support about the hard wood floors. I would love to have them return when it’s time to redo the floors. Thank you.

These guys were GREAT. Very professional. My carpets had a Lot of big stains!! After the guys steam cleaned carpets- they looked AWESOME. all stains were gone. Highly recommended this company and guys

I was very pleasantly impressed with the quality and cost of the carpet/couch cleaning. They were able to get out some stains that I was convinced would never come out. The 2 gentleman were thorough but quick, and professional. I would definitely use them again.

1st Review 1 Star -Just spread the urine spot out instead of removing it. This is after 48 hours and completely dry.

2nd Review - Customer Service was great they came back out and went over the area again and rinsed it better. Smell has decressed dramaticly. 4/5

I paid, more than the quoted price, with amount of carpet to be cleaned. Expectations were not met, it took these young men more time to assemble and disassemble their vehicle, than to clean my Carpets. I spoke with them as they were setting up, heading to my shower, by the time I exited, they were GONE! Gratuity was given from my wife, without my inspection! I was expecting a deeper clean with the small amount of floorspace!

Great service, the house looks fantastic! Dryer vent cleaning was great as well. The tech took extra time to put a round to oval adapter on (I purchased this ahead of time) to make cleaning easier in the future. Highly recommend!

Matthew an Mario did an excellent job on vomit, an urine from dog an cbd salve on bedroom carpet. They took their time an kept going over it an not racing thru like other companies have done. Will definitely use them again.
