Very polite and professional and a fun. They did an awesome job, I am speechless of how dirty my carpet was, NOT no more.

I needed to get my air ducts cleaned and shopped around and decided to go with Stanley Steemer. The boys that came were nice and were done in a timely manner. However, when they went to clean the vents in one of the bedrooms, they had accidentally damaged (note I said accidentally) one of the pillowcases on the bed. I’m not sure what happened (kinda wished I had set up a camera) but it looked like one of the ceilings vents fell on the pillow case and created a hole. The guys NEVER said a word to us and flipped the pillow over(like we weren’t going to find out) I’m highly disappointed that they couldn’t tell us it was an accident. We contacted the owner and they took half of the responsibility and said “well it looks like it’s been there for a while, not a new enough looking hole”… oh okay then. My head was only on it an hour before they showed up but thank you for defending your boys like that. Yes they only gave us half of what it’s worth but that’s not the point. They didn’t take full responsibility in their boys not telling the truth in what they did. I’d give them 2 1/2 stars out of 5 if I could, you know for them taking half of the responsibility and paying half of what the pillowcase is worth, it’s only fair right guys? Not sure I’d use them again.

John & Matt did an excellent job cleaning all of our carpet and area rugs. The high traffic areas look so much better. They were professional, friendly and competent. From scheduling to arrival to job completion, I was extremely pleased. I would recommend Stanley Steemer.

Don't waste your time with this company. They stood me up twice and don't value individual customers. Good luck getting service in between all the Airbnb customers.

Can’t say enough good things about them. From cleaning my Airbnb to saving the day with handyman services. They are always responsive and immaculate cleaning. Highly recommend them.

Thank you!!!! We have been using Brandon and his company for almost 10 years. We are in a new build house now and have a new dryer after two years my dryer took forever to dry anything. They got on the roof and took the mesh screen off which was completely clogged with lint! I almost bought a new dryer but this saved money and solved the problem that would have happened with any dryer.

I highly recommend these guys. They are very professional and did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. Our roof was taller than a normal roof and they went out of their way to get a longer ladder so they could do the job. If you need someone to do the job right, give them a call.

Awesome company. I called last minute when I was purchasing a home and they were able to squeeze me in on my preferred day. Service was amazing and carpets feel and smell great! They were even able to remove some of the stains that I didn't think was going to come out. Very affordable, 100% recommend, and I will be using them again!

Excellent Service with an Excellent Price. My Husband had to put a Rug on top of our Carpet and decided after 4 + years he didn't want it any more. So now we had old and new Carpet. Branden ( hope I have it right) worked his Magic and made it look all even again. Best Company ever, definitely will recommended to all my Neighbors and Friends.

It was an amazing experience. I have never owned a house before but like had been cleaning the floors, dusting things, power cleaning certain areas and it always just smelled kind of musty.
Sent me down a rabbit hole on the internet and I came to the conclusion that my air ducts were dirty. BOY I WAS RIGHT.
The team that helped me was super friendly, the process only took a couple hours. They showed me the dirt 🤮 there was a lot of it.

I can already tell that the air is particle free. They sprayed something in the vents too which is nice.

All in all solid experience and would absolutely recommend this company. I called about 4 other places requesting quotes before I spoke to Brandon. He was so nice that I cancelled all the other appts for estimates and hired him immediately.
