This place quoted me 100 dollars to clean my couch. When they came out to clean the couch they said the guy on the phone had put it was a futon without the proper measurements and instead it was going to be 540 bucks to clean my couch. It’s a typical bait n switch practice that I’m sure hasnt been pulled on only me. Needless to say we told the guy to get out of our house. Don’t use this company!

Very friendly, professional and quick service. There was an initial mishap but the manager immediately send a senior tech out to rectify the problem no additional cost. Carpets and rugs look great. Pet odor is gone.

Sherman arrived on time, surveyed the area to clean and did a wonderful job. I had stains that were several years old and he got them out. The whole job took about 90 minutes and the price was very fair.

Zerorez was very responsive from the beginning, communicating via email regarding my needs and then by phone on the day on my appointment. My cleaner, Alex, was professional and wonderfully thorough. He helped me figure out the best services for my needs and really gave my couch and carpet a lot of time. My home finally feels truly clean for the first time since I moved in, and I am so happy! I also recommend Zerorez if you have pets for the lack of chemicals. I put my birds in a separate room with the windows open, where they still are this evening - but there is no smell at all in the rest of the house. I'll feel comfortable going back to all our normal routines tomm - and I am VERY careful with my birds. I'll reverse the process to clean the rooms where I had closed off the birds very soon, so the entire home can feel fresh!! So happy to have found Zerorez. UPDATE: Added photos from their return visit, during which they cleaned the carpet in the other half of my house. Again, they did a stellar job!

We had Odaine as our technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable and great at his job. Our carpets look fabulous now thanks to Odaine and his time and efforts. We will definitely use ZeroRes again and ask for Odaine.

Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet, and left us with instructions on how long it should take to dry, and if there is anything we find after it dries that we are not satisfied with, give them a call so they can fix the issue. Great service.

Tech was great but carpets still have significant dirt spots that did not come out.

Sherman did a super job. He explained everything so I could make well informed decision on what I wanted done. He was very respectful, professional, polite and friendly. He was very conscientious and caring about my husband's health issues to minimize noise as much as possible. My dogs were comfortable with him too! 😀 I would definitely recommend Sherman and will use him again.

Colton was very professional. He called to let me know he was on the way, made sure to wear booties to cover his shoes, informed me on treatments for pet stains along with the cost and answered any questions I had. I was working and he was very respectful and knocked when he needed anything. He went above and beyond, was efficient with his time and overall a really good employee.
