We were referred to this company from USAA after a flooded bathroom. Their main issue is the lack of communication. Workers would randomly show up, and the project took much longer than scheduled. The main man in charge of our project left the company and we weren't even notified, so our house was left carpet/floorless for weeks until they were finally able to get us back on their scheduled. I would not recommend this company.

The Top Gun team was great and worked with me on two different incidents. Worked with multiple teams to do the different elements that needed to be done (mitigation, flooring, painting, plumbing, etc) and each team member was professional and friendly. Laura and the team in the office worked hard to coordinate project schedules around our family schedule and ensure communication flowed between the different project teams, our insurance company and me. Thanks a lot!

After our basement flooded and mitigation completed, Top Gun immediately arrived a started working on restoring our basement with absolute professionalism and great communication throughout.

Plenty of other restoration company that are a lot more efficient and professional. Would not recommend this company.

Top Gun was on top of the job all the time. Our particular job was delayed time after time due to a defective door, NO fault of Top Gun’s. Laura was very kind and patient as she would checkin with me to see if we were ready to proceed. 3 1/2 months later, we were able to start on the job. The staff at Top Gun including Carl & James Romero, were all professional, personable, efficient, friendly and got the job done in a timely
manner. Top Gun is the company I would hire again and highly recommend.

Great company that puts a serious focus on customer service from start to finish. They understand how important your home is and what it means to you. Their priority on communication is evident and they have a genuine concern for their customers. Rod makes sure that he is available to you at every step of the process to address any questions or concerns you might have, not a lot of business owners are that involved in direct customer service! These guys are true professionals and their team is amazing to work with. A plus, this is a veteran owned business! I see some poor reviews from over a year ago, and I would just throw out there that this is a new owner and they have really turned this business around! I would definitely recommend this business and trust them with my home, especially for water damage mitigation!

They were terrible. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Lack of communication. Dis organized. Slow. Very unprofessional. Spoke directly with the owner. He too, was arrogant, rude, disrespectful. Truly, the worst company. I am a veteran and wanted to support. They must have all been in a different military then I served.

The work I had done by them was amazing. They communicated well, answered any questions, and kept me in the loop of the whole process. I was impressed by them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Top Gun did a great job fixing my roof. Even thought is was a small job, they still made it a priority. The project manager communicated with me throughout the entire process and sent me good before and after photos. I would recommend Top Gun Restorations to anyone needing roof repairs.

Everyone at Top Gun was professional. They did a fantastic job fixing the water damage to my wooden floors. Top Gun made it so easy dealing with the insurance company, it was stress free! I highly recommend Top Gun Restoration for any repairs or services. These guys know what they're doing and will do it with the utmost respect and professionalism. I experienced major water damage to my kitchen and basement from a leaky refrigerator line which caused over $10,000 in repairs. USAA recommended Top Gun and I'm glad they did! Very patient, professional, trustworthy, and thorough from start to finish. Michael was the project manager and he never gave me a hard time on the numerous changes I made when it came time to picking out my floors. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We were burnt out of our home because of a lighting strike.Top Gun came in and made sure that everything that needed done got done . They used only the very best Sub Contractors along side their employees ! they were always professional and polite and cleaned up behind themselves !!!!!!! Top Gun exceeded my already very high expectations, on every level. Two water damage losses required extensive repairs. Everyone we dealt with was amazing...skilled, kind, respectful, patient, professional. Our project manager Chris and the foreman, Damian, stayed on top of the entire project every step of the way. There named Top Gun for a reason!!! The organization is Great in all areas, from the owner personally calling to introduce himself and project managers communication thru out projects outstanding!!!!!!! My home looks just like it was built 10 years ago, you have really put my mind and family at ease!!!

This company took from April until January to complete the siding project that was very minimal on my home. I am a single mom and my house sat in the elements for 5 months before any work was done. Then I had to wait an additional 3 for the finality. Everything was wrapped up early January and I had to have a check reissued from insurance. On February 15th this company sent me a notice that they were going to file a lien on my home claiming the bill was due December 1. This was harassment and incompetence at its best. Do not trust this company with your home. Eight months and I did not complain one time only to be served with a lien a month after completion. They have been paid and will be reported to insurance company and better business bureaus.
In response to the following response. I was told that in order for everything to be completed I needed to set up a walk with Bryce the project manager which was scheduled for December 29th I do not know I was expected to pay before this was completed. Then I was told that was not necessary. The fact that your company takes no accountability says everything. Given the fact I was told the work would be completed July 15th and it was December seems that I should have been the one filing against your company. Terrible business owners and you’ve been reported. Bryce did not even know the workers had not been to my home in August and tried to get me to sign off on work done. I said excuse me but no one has been here. The debris of all the siding was left in my yard for five months and the home exposed to elements. This had nothing to do with my insurance company and their issues. The only mistake I made was not j forming them
Much earlier of your incompetence. The fact I was understanding of the lack of punctuality and furthermore communication breakdowns only furthers my point that issuing a notice to place a lien within a month of signing certificate of completion is a terrible business practice. You’ve been reported to my insurance company and I will continue to report you. I hope everyone who sees this is VERY CAUTIOUS with this shady business. Not to mention the final cost was about $2000 more than original estimate.
I have seen reviews with similar experiences as mine. Mostly staying punctuality and communication as well as price much higher than originally agreed with no accountability from company. You should know they also do not accept reviews on face ooo and blocked when I commented my concern. I have not had a phone call or follow up email from any management as requested.

The whole team was not only great at the work they did they were respectful of what me and my family needed. Wonderful prices too. We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to others.
