I would just like to say that I have been known to be a "Karen". No apologies. what can I say? I like what I like and I know what I don't. I like people who are professionals and take pride in their work. I also like people who are on time, do what they say, perform a task in a timely manner, I like a clean crew. Most of all, a Respectful crew AND most of all a company that understands what's it like to be human .
They gifted me with such grace and dignity that I realized what I have been lacking in my everyday encounters with others.

A company like this is one that excel standards in the industry, truly sets themselves apart. . Top Gun is saved in my phone, as an emergency contact, not because I have no other options but, Because I KNOW they will be there for me. Day, NIGHT, rain or shine. TOP GUN is THE BEST in the SPRINGS and I've lived here my whole life.
I was a MESS in my experience. to say the least. THE YEAR OF CORONA, and the WORLD falling apart. Humanity is caving, my health was causing my job to be put on hold … I was a MESS!! and my roof now has leaks!
TOP GUN came in. Got the job done, in seriously I want to say two weeks, in and out, the stress I felt was HEARD, FELT, UNDERSTOOD, and VALIDATED. I was NEVER once left to feel like I was making a mountain out of a mole hill, although bless my heart, I thank God for the people that have to deal with me daily, I was. I was/ am a TYPE A/Control freak of the project and Never once did anyone make me feel like its to much. They came to recheck multiple times each time I "heard' something :D and never once making me feel like a pain! From the front desk to billing, everyone of the employees there is an intricate part of the well oiled machine they have operating over there.
Point is, I can go on and on but TOP GUN is truly in the business for the RIGHT REASONS. to do good, HELP and run a GOOD business. :) PICK TOP GUN! you wont be sorry :) Im not!

Everyone at Top Gun was great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We had a complete loss to our home from water damage and The folks at Top Gun restored our house to better co edition than it was before the loss. Excellent company!!! I would recommend to anyone that if they need restoration services to call Top Gun 1st!!!

From their very first visit I got the sense of a genuine concern about our situation, our household belongings, and the disruption. Shortly after a walkthrough and an explanation of how things would proceed, I received several schedule options from which to choose, and the project manager worked around every challenge I threw at him, including my travel for work and time off out of town.

This repair included drywall removal and replacement on 3 floors and hardwood flooring removal and replacement in my kitchen, living room, family room, office and master bedroom. The team wrapped up nearly every piece of furniture I own in both moving blankets and plastic wrap, and even accommodated my request to find a way to store it all somewhere in the house.

The drywall repair and paint match job in all locations was better than any I've ever had done, and I've had quite a bit done over the years. I then had high expectations for the hardwood repair, and those expectations were exceeded. I asked for two additional, personal-cost hardwood repair jobs, and they not only gave me a very reasonable price, but they fit the extra work into the original schedule.

In all of my contacts with Top Gun throughout the process, I've been given all the time I wanted to ask questions and discuss the job and how it was progressing. At no time did I ever feel like I was getting in the way of another job, slowing down the work or being an inconvenience. I'm sure many folks have felt that way with a contractor from time to time. Not so with these guys.

While maybe not the most difficult restoration job they've encountered, mine went like clockwork with no surprises other than the exceptionally high quality of workmanship far exceeding my expectations.

We've used them twice for restoration after some damage to our house and they do a great job. They correct any issues and leave the place looking as good or better than before. Great to work with.

This was the 1st time I used Top Gun and the service was exceptional from start to finish. A lot of check and balances meaning there is always someone who stays in contact with you during the process of the job. You don't have to hunt them down like I had to do with other companies. When the job was completed it looked like the damage never happened. Which was exactly what I wanted.!!! Also the owner contacted us personally to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. Which is rare . They truly are a company that live up to their name " Top Gun " I have no problem recommending them and will use them again if need be without hesitation !! Very first rate work and experience !!

People…use Top Gun for all home projects!!!! We were SO impressed with every aspect of our water damage repairs. From Tony, who was our first contact, to Domion, our project manager, to James our painter, and Tom and crew for our wood floors and Dennis and crew who moved and prepped our home…everyone was professional and friendly and genuinely cared about the details to repair our home. Also we got a call every day telling us who would be coming and when!! It was so reassuring to have such great communication with them. Again we would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again for any future home projects!!

Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, qualities this business does not possess. Unfortunately this company was very unprofessional about just getting a simple quote. My journey with Top Gun started off with a quote for 100$ and at some point my point of contact was fired. Called back schedule another estimate and off to the races we went. The quote price climbed to $300. Due to my situation I said ok let’s move forward, I needed to get my project started. To wrap this up fast, i was escalated to another team member and the quote was raised to 500$. Keep in mind no one has come to actually look to even give me an idea or see the project. I said great let’s do it, to no avail, no one came no estimate was written weeks pass and I call back. I get sent to another supposedly project manager estimator, and now the price is 700$ for an estimate. At this point I was irritated. Months had passed and the could not deliver a proposal i was paying for. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Sam, he made promises of a quote in 3 days. This did not happen And he would go on to tell me he needed 2-3 days more and off business day. It never happened called again and I told him to do it when he could actually provide me with a bid/proposal/estimate for my project. It never happened he had about a month and he made a lot of promises that he did not keep. There not professional businessmen in my book. Be cautious this is my experience with them.

Pipe burst in the wall of our master bedroom on New Year’s Eve. Our insurance contracted this company.

Individual showed 3 hours past agreed upon timeframe with a list of excuses like not being able to find keys, being blocked in at work, and a “non-English speaking colleague” being a no-show. Did not start the mitigation process; vacuumed some water when we had already done so with a shop vac and it was no dryer when he left (water still an inch over my feet). Did not set up fans or pull carpet back, leading to continued flood damage. Individual promised to arrive with a crew the next morning at 9am. After no contact all morning we called at 10:30 at which time more excuses were made. Individual showed up alone once again, citing a no-show colleague New Year’s Day.

I contacted Marty (management) and requested to end services. It seemed he had no knowledge of what had taken place. He did respond professionally and agreed not to bill our insurance.

We have had outstanding service with Servpro since discontinuing with Top Gun.

Top Gun explained the repair process to me at the start, which helped me understand what was going to take place. All of the workers were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The repair process turned out perfectly and everything looks really good.

The team at Top Gun was fantastic. From the first call to clean up the mess from a water leak until the final sign off, I have nothing but good things to say. They were extremely quick to respond and there follow up was outstanding. There is not one thing I could have asked them to improve on! If the need ever arises that I need this kind of services again they will get the call.

Top Gun did a great job on the restoration project at my home. They were very helpful and kept us informed on the progress. Homeowners need to know what is going on with their biggest investment. Not all do that, but this company did. I felt very comfortable that everything was being repaired professionally throughout the whole process.

Top Gun folks were outstanding! Their work to repair our home's water damage exceeded all of our expectations. I would use them again. Highly recommend you consider using their services!

I was very pleased with my experience with Top Gun Restoration. The team was very professional and had a very positive attitude. I really appreciated the clear lines of communication. The workmanship was top notch and timely.

If you don’t pick them to do construction, they will purposefully neglect the mitigation process. It will derail the entire insurance claim like mine. They caused black mold which got exposed when a cabinet was actually pulled. This put my child in the Children’s Hospital fighting with her life with respiratory failure and hypoxia. They pulled zero flooring, cabinets, or walls with two floors flooded with standing water. They will then set their fans up so perfect so that it looks like it’s dried out. If you care about your family’s health and home, definitely stay clear from this CONstruction company.

We were very happy with the awesome renovation Damian and crew at Top Gun did on our main bedroom suite. Everyone was conscientious, friendly and very professional throughout the entire process. The work was of the highest quality, they quickly resolved any issues, and expertly adapted to our requested changes. As a result, we have already hired them for another renovation job.

Thank you for the excellent service, promptness and great attitude from all the workers. We really appreciate Top Gun and the way they handled our restoration cleaning procedure. The workers were at our home every day on time and worked to make sure everything was in perfect condition at the completion of the project.

Top Gun was an absolutely horrible experience and I strongly advise you seek another company for your work. We selected them for a home insurance repair due to a flooding pipe. The initial mitigation of our home went well, but it was all downhill from there. When spraying to cover up the water damage, they sprayed all over food, our exercise equipment and kitchen cabinets, with no effort to cover it up. They routinely told us the would return to complete work and then we would hear nothing for a week or more. The overall quality with the work was OK at some points, and the subcontractors we had in our home installing new flooring did a decent job. We ran into an issue with our flooring, and after 4 attempts on their end to fix it, in which they did nothing but send a different crew out to look at it, we finally had to tell our insurance we no longer wanted them in our home, leaving the project to be fixed by us instead. Their communication was awful, and if you get Bryce as your project manager ask for a new one. He was barely responsive, seemed to never have a clue what was going on, and constantly needed to be reminded of tasks to complete. At points he was even a little condescending. Most of the time, it took 3 to 4 phone calls to get anyone to respond back. They would always advise it was being worked on, but no results to show for it. Flooding in our kitchen took them 9 months to remove and replace flooring, and they didn't even finish the job. Like fools we asked them to repair some other floors in our home, and they over ordered flooring by almost 40 percent. All of that cost came out of my pocket and they pocketed the remaining. Our trim replacement was sloopy and left us with 3 different types. Even our insurance adjuster was unsure why they didn't do trim in some areas. If you like to babysit your contractor, this may be the company for you. Otherwise stay far away.

Couldn't have imagined a better experience with a team of professionals to restore my home after a fire. Communication and performance was excellent. Shout out to Tony the project manager who did an outstanding job.

I was very pleased with the work done by Top Gun.Our project manager was very attentive and responsive to our communication. Everyone who worked on our house was professional and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. They worked directly with our insurance company to make the process easier. It was so nice in the midst of our house being torn apart to have such a great company to work with.

Top Gun completed a roof replacement after the summer 24' hail storm really messed things up. The team was very courteous and helpful throughout the process.
