I had the good fortune of having this company recommended to me more than 10 years ago. These guys really know carpet! I have found them to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All things that you would hope to have from a company that you allow into your home.

This company did an excellently job stretching our carpet then cleaning it. The 3 man crew showed up on time and kept us informed through the whole process. Great company to do business with. I would definitely use them again

I can't say enough good things about their service! We had a very sick kitty that had stained our carpet with blood and poo. We thought we would have to replace the carpet due to it being such a light color and with all the stains. They cleaned it and it looks brand new! It literally looks like we bought new carpet.
We've used CCC for at least six years now and have always been amazed at how new the carpets look after each cleaning. The main thing is the carpets stay clean and the spots never come back after they leave! They are more expensive but it is well worth the price! You will not have to have them come every few months as with other carpet cleaners. The carpet is soft and never crunchy! You can't go wrong with CCC!!!

Don’t drive a company vehicle and cuss people out when you decide to go to through a McDonald’s drive thru at other drivers when it’s taking too long, especially with the windows down so everyone can hear you. Know absolutely nothing about the business, but you can definitely tell their customer service is probably questionable.

Today, CarpetCare Craftsman restored my faith in the carpet cleaning industry! The team of Allen, Demetrius and Shawn ( hope I have the spelling correct) demonstrated professionalism, excellent customer service and superior carpet care services.

I was extremely satisfied with the job Demetrius and Shawn did in cleaning my carpets and the job Allen did in removing two large wrinkles in my basement hallway carpet. In fact, I had paid two other carpet cleaning companies to fix these wrinkles and to my disappointment my money was wasted. Each had said "Yes we can fix that, no problem!" Well, turns out there was a problem. They each left saying "When the carpet dries the wrinkles will go away". Well, my money and trust went away, the wrinkles did not.

Thank you CarpetCare Craftsman! I will use you again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Alan came out to give an estimate. He was professional and informative. I was so pleased with Alan's quality of the estimation. We did not get our carpets cleaning because it is out of our budget. However, we would use Carpet Care if it were in our budget.

Enjoyed my first time experience with Carpet Care Craftsman. The technicians were presentable and professional. Explained the process and did an excellent job even fixed a carpet that was stretching at the doorway, looks new again. Alan and his team are top notch!

We had Carpet Care Craftsman clean our carpets prior to a big party. Allen, the owner was even able to remove two large wrinkles from our carpet making it flat again. The crew did a great job. During the party a guest spilled red wine on the carpet, a stain I thought would never come out. We call Carpet Care Craftsman a couple of days later, they came over, at no charge and completely removed the stain. It was like it never existed. They even went through the house and removed other smaller stains from the party. These guys are great. If you are looking for the best, these guys are the best

Highly recommend this business! We thought that the carpet in our rental home would have to be replaced all 6000 square feet of it because it was stained so badly by dogs cats and kids! They cleaned the carpet got all the stains out and repaired the carpet. The home owner was so impressed he gave us back our entire damage deposit! I own an upholstery business here in the springs and we now refer all our customers to Carpet care Craftsmen Inc. You really get what you pay for with this company! they are awesome I honestly cant say enough good about them!

We have only asked CarpetCare Craftsman to clean our home's carpets since 2001 after a family member spilled stain varnish on our newly installed carpets. Allen came to our home and repaired the damage which was so beautifully done and the workmanship so awesome nobody could tell there was damage! CarpetCare Craftsman folks have amazing customer service and do such quality work from cleaning, stretching, repairing the carpets and more! I highly recommend using them.

My Family has used Carpet Care Craftsman for 5 years for regular cleaning and maintenance of our carpet. Every team member is courteous, on time, and work very hard to make sure we are satisfied with the work. Sometimes spots show up after the carpet dries. This has only happened one time for us and when we called the next day they fit us into their schedule and came right away to touch up. The staff are highly educated on carpet, and pass this knowledge on to the customer. They tell you that it is their goal to offer the customer this educated.

My current experience has been with their upholstery cleaning service. They were able to clean two ~ 15-year old recliners for me. The cleaning they accomplished is remarkable. The upholstery is so bright and new looking; I am amazed and over the top happy with the outcome! On top of this, their level of customer service is top notch, with extremely quick response times, a guarantee of their work unlike any other, and great attitudes. Give them a call; they will not disappoint!

The estimate happened within 24 hours of calling. Allen said they would come out again if we saw it was needed but he was certain his team could handle the jobs. They did: to perfection.

Everything looks BRAND NEW after the crew came out. They worked together quickly and got along great too.

They were even earlier (which was fine by us) by a little bit.

We will not use any other carpet cleaning service - Carpet Care Craftsman is the best. They've also been around forever which says a lot about their work.
