The young man, Vincent was very polite. He did a great job. He even went over places. I want him to go over again. I will definitely have them clean my carpets again in the future.

Tyler and Malik were great. The carpet is drying but as far as I can tell it’s in much better shape now. Tyler did a great job of explaining products possibilities etc

My carpets look amazing! After 18 months with a new puppy my Carpets needed help! Stains are gone and they smell fresh and clean with no chemical smell. Tyler was knowledgeable and provided all the information for us to choose the best options for our needs.

Vincent did an excellent job!? We had some very bad stains on some of our carpets and Vincent was able to remove them! I also like that Zero Rez uses allergen and chemical free cleaner ! That is game changer!! Thank you to Vincent for going above and beyond and doing a wonderful job on my carpet and stairs!! I really appreciate your hard work!!

Technician Dominic was great! Very friendly, respectful of my home and explained everything. He even showed me pictures inside (had my ducts cleaned). Susana was great as well, very respectful and responded to questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this company!

Make sure you watch them closely. I had some carpet cleaning done and after he left and I went upstairs, I noticed the top of the wood banister was scratched and gouged. I think it happened by him setting the handle of the wand on the banister while moving the chair. I also had them take a rug to be cleaned. When the guy brought it back, I showed him the damage and he took pictures and said they would get back to me. Of course they did not and I had to make additional attempts to get them to respond. He left a message that he did not think there was any way he could have done that and he did not feel it was anything they did. I had purposely cleaned the day before they were to come clean the carpets. I polished the top of the wood rail and I KNOW FOR A FACT it was NOT THERE!! Once again, terrible customer service!! Will never use them again. Nothing makes me madder than to have a service done and in return causes me to have to hire someone to fix something they damaged!!

This company did a great job! It was easy to schedule the service over the phone.
Sherman worked at our house and he did a really good job. Our carpet looks like new and smells great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and got the job done quickly.

Both of the techs did a great job of explaining everything and they moved the furniture back into place. We have a wool area rug that needed some special attention and they took care of it! Both of them were very personable and I will use ZeroRez again.

I can't believe how well these young men did. This place looks brand new. I had a cat that became terribly sick and she had not only destroyed the carpet with feces and urine but she had vomited on several spots on the couch and rug. Now, you can barely tell where these places were. Such a wonderful job from an awesome company.

Vaugn and Kody were great! Called before they were here,asked what areas I may have had some concerns or stains, inspected and cleaned it in no time , had me look at it when it was done and it looks great!! My carpet is 23 years old roughly and looks new! Very nice men Id refer and recommend Vaugn anytime! Pics don't do it justice

The technicians were great. They did a fantastic job. They got my carpet far cleaner than I thought was possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been using Zerorez for years, but this is the first time I have had the carpets cleaned where sections still look dirty. I have a new puppy that is having trouble house training, so they did apply a cleaner this time around that soaks before the steam cleaning. Not sure if this is maybe what kept dirt from coming up, or if maybe the equipment isn't quite working like it used to?
Pee stain came up well right next to one of the doors, but two spots in the bedroom did not change (I can spot treat those ok myself with a handheld unit, just figured they would come up easy since only a month old). I'm just not sure why sections of carpet of dirt didn't get cleaned up. Those are areas where there is typically more dirt from footprints or where the dogs lay. But that should be the easiest thing to get cleaned. The carpet is just a year old and the pet-proof stain resistant type. So technically should be easier to clean.
Tried to show in the pictures how the carpet compares to clean areas next to those still dirty. The living room one with footprints, shows how footprints to the left look dirty. While the ones to the right are nice and brightly clean. Had a few spots soaking wet, but those will dry. Just never had that before either.
The tech covered everything, so that's why I'm not sure if this is due to the cleaning spray or the equipment failing? Maybe just need to go over it slower to give the equipment and steam more time to clean the fibers?

He took his time to make sure everything was done right and was very nice and respectful in our home. Our carpets look fantastic, and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. Tyler and Dominic were great to work with. Good communication, courteous, and informative. They worked steadily and hard to get the best results for our needs. Very happy with the results and we understand that there are high traffic areas that get/show more wear and tear especially with 2 older dogs and more that come to visit. Vincent was so nice and respectful and my carpets look brand new. I was ready to tear them up but I think I'll keep them awhile longer 😀 I have 3 dogs and I could see stains in the basement but they are gone. It smells much better. I think zerorez has great prices. I debated between a few places and I am happy I made the choice I did.

Great service from the tech. Had tough stains on a mattress that needed to be cleaned and this was the only company that would attempt it. The one thing that sets this company apart from others is that they will attempt the repair and if the stain doesn’t come out to the liking of the owner then they stop and don’t charge a dime. Like I said, the gentleman did an amazing job and really worked at getting the stains out. I didn’t have much hope but after the cleaning it looked amazing and now I don’t have to replace a 1,500 mattress. Highly recommend!
