Have used JJJ Carpet Cleaning services for several years now and love the service. I have 4 children of my own and usually 7 all together on the weekends so there is always heavy traffic throughout my home and I can always count on them to take care of my home needs. Very professional and reliable. Great customer service and affordable prices. Tried other companies before and was never satisfied with the service as I am with JJJ Carpet Cleaning services.

I have used JJJ Carpet Cleaning for several years now and have always been pleased of the level of customer service and excellence of performance of service. A few years back I had them clean my carpets after I had a litter of puppies and I was very impressed with not only how well my carpets looked basically brand new but also that you couldn't even tell I had had animals. I also liked how Joe made it a point to show me exactly how dirty the floors were to how cleaned they became. Now recently because I've always been pleased with not only service but prices too I even recommended them to my previous employer and they did an excellent job at an assisted living facility making sure the carpets in the rooms were in top shape and that you werent even able to tell that the carpets were heavily soiled from the residents and residents pets. I would highly recommend them anytime anyone needs carpet or furniture cleaned. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars for excellence, performance and cost of services.

JJJ Carpet Cleaning just cleaned two large oriental rugs for me.
I'm very happy with his service. He picked my rugs up and took them out to to be cleaned. He had to move large furniture to remove them. They were returned as promised in beautiful condition and he charged 1/3 the cost of other quotes. I will surely recommend his service to my family and friends.

I researched several carpet companies before choosing JJJ and found that these guys had the most reasonable price. In fact they cost half as much as most of their competitors. Initially I was worried that this would mean they would not be as thorough but they really proved me wrong today. Not only did they do a fantastic job but Joe and his associate who came out to do the job were both incredibly friendly and very quick and efficient. They did my entire basement, which was no small feat, and they were in and out in an hour and a half. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone out there looking to have their carpets done.

He got us scheduled very quickly and was very present to work with. He went way above my expectations and did absolutely everything he could to ensure the best results. I have four kids and they did a fine job destroying our carpet. He was able to get the vast majority of stains out, even ones I was sure would never come out. I definitely recommend him over the big name guys, he will take care of you. Prices were more than fair.

Joe did an Amazing job on my carpet, there were a lot of stains that I didn't think would come out but he got them all. His price was very reasonable too for the work he did. I recommend him to anyone looking to get carpets done. I will be using him again in the future.

I represented the buyers in the purchase of their home and wanted the carpets cleaned for them prior to move in because they were in poor condition. We were in a time crunch and the listing agent brought in JJJ Carpet and I had never worked with them before so I had some concerns about their quality.
Well... I just had to say how pleasantly surprised I was!. From the moment he arrived, he spent time analyzing the carpets room by room and giving us the raw truth about what to expect. He was very knowledgeable about his craft, very thorough in his service and the end results were amazing!!! Thank you so very much!!!

I just called around a few companies to get an estimate for pricing and this guy was the cheapest and quickest to respond. He showed up within an hour on Christmas freaking eve. His price was exactly as quoted except I decided to have him partially clean an extra room I didn't ask him about before the estimate. He only charged me 20 dollars for the extra nearly entire room, very reasonable price. He even spot cleaned a couple ink stains I tried forever to get out... for free.... they are invisible now. I would highly recommend this company if you need your carpets cleaned up. I always read companies reviews before hiring for a job and I gotta say the few that gave this company 1* must be the most whiny, entitled people ever. I completely attest to the quality of work provided and will absolutely go through this company next and every time.

Loved the job they did! Excellent costumer service. The guy it very genuine and gets the job done with good quality HARD work. I recommend JJJ for any carpet and upholstery cleaning. The machine he has is the commercial grade and it works well. I wanted my house cleaned because I have a baby on the way. Thanks guys!

I was truly impressed by the work. JJJ Carpet Cleaning was able to make the cheap carpet in on post housing look amazing. He arrived on time and was professional throughout the entire process. It is rare to see the type of pride he showed from start to finish. He was respectful of our home and even cleaned his equipment before he left showing the pride he has in keeping his equipment in great condition. I would highly recommend for anyone but especially military.

I called and my call was answered right away. Gave me a price quote for what I requested and I was not up charged like some of the reviews claim. It is not free to run a business, so if you want extra things IT COSTS EXTRA! People always want something for nothing. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. Stains are gone completely and the odor treatment smells great! He was timely, courteous and professional. I have paid WAY MORE for carpet cleaning before and did not get the service I received with this company. I have found my go to carpet cleaner from now on! I would definitely recommend!

We thought there was no saving our carpet then Joe worked his magic and somehow the carpet looks better than ever. He was willing to work with our schedule and was extremely professional. Couldn’t recommend JJJ Carpet Cleaning enough.

Joe did an amazing job! He stretched and cleaned our builder grade carpets that were not properly installed. They had been wrinkled for years and looked terrible. I cannot get over how nice they look. They truly look better than they did when they were brand new.

Also, we needed to have this done within a very short timeframe, due to a "surprise" military move. Most people I called were unable to accommodate our schedule. Joe provided a quote over the phone, and was here two days later.

Joe did a great job! My service was for 4bd rm, hall way and stairs in 2hrs! Very professional , great rates. I had pet stains and a very messy destroyed carpet from my preteen. Joe worked very hard to get all the stains out. It was very much appreciated. Great customer service 👍👍
