Was expecting a better clean still had stain in high traffic area and floor felt hard and crunchy after it dried . JJ also said needed to work on his equipment and re wire it was leaking.
Was puntual and nice but wasn’t happy with the outcome for the price.

Joe called to confirm, and was on time. Very good communication about what was to be done and how he would tackle it. He worked steady and hard. He did a superb job at a fair price. I will ONLY use him as I now know first hand his work ethic, and the job I’ll get.

Just closed on a home and needed the carpets stretched out on the main first floor. Joe arrived on time and did a really outstanding job. There were no shortcuts or patchy work. I felt like I was given excellent service. Additionally, he provided a top of the line deep steam clean on the carpets. Not only do the carpet look new and is sanitized, but it smells amazing too. No harsh chemicals were used or unpleasant smells left. A huge difference for our family!

After calling several other carpet cleaners, JJJ carpet cleaning had the best pricing. On top of that, Joseph was able to come out the next day to clean. He saved me thousands. Just when I thought I was going to need to replace my old carpet with new, he brought my old carpet back to life. Joseph is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to carpet care. I highly recommended him and his service to everybody. I can’t wait to use his service again!

What a delight it was to have Dessa take care of my home! She is a true expert at her craft. She took great care of deep cleaning a room and bathroom turnover after a guest left and she was very honest and communicative about the value of having my entire home cleaned versus just one room and a bathroom so I opted for that option since it made the most sense. I’m so glad I did! My home is sparkling clean, smells so good, and she was so fast! I hired these ladies, a month in advance, to do a move-out cleaning. It was extremely important, and they assured me they would be there. They did not respond to my email or texts the day before, and did not show up, leaving me in the lurch, to put it mildly.
