I have used Gilbert's Tree & Landscape service twice now and will always use them from now on. They gave me a very reasonable quote and were on time and did a professional and safe job. They treated my trees for disease that was turning them brown at the top and they took down several large limbs and tree's. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Great service, great company.

I had such a good experience w the professional people at Gilbert’s. Brenda and Andre were so friendly. Jonathan and his team did such great working on our elm. The team was easy to work with and so practical. I will use them again.

Gilbert Tree service was on my street doing work on a neighbors house. I decided to see what an estimate was to trim or remove a 50ft cottonwood tree that had sustained major damage after a very wet snowstorm in the spring of 2019. Jonathan, came by and gave me a price that was very do-able. He told me to call the office the next day to get it scheduled. To my surprise the very next day, returning from work, there his team was dispatching that unsightly tree. He did clear it with the wife before starting, I have no issues with that. We did discuss the stump grinding or not. I opted to not have it ground down. Today, June 3rd I see a Gilbert truck in front of the stump. I gave them permission to do the work. Again, not an issue. Very satisfied is an understatement. Jonathan and his crew were great. And Jonathan is definitely a very valued employee of Gilbert Tree service. He is proud to work there and complete challenging tasks. Superb! Will call them again for tree service. Ps..Google doesn't spell my name right, but I know who I am.

Great job by Gilbert's. A few hiccups in the beginning but Brenda went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The employees were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They cleaned up our yard and our neighbors yard. The pricing was fair for all. Would I use Gilbert's again? Definitely!!!

Be sure to get your name on one of Ms. Brenda’s sticky notes! :) With patience and persistence we had great success with Gilbert’s. The young men who competed the tree removal were very professional and communicative. They addressed the homeowner needs safely and effectively, and we’re very considerate of the neighbor’s children playing outside. On top of that, they did a fantastic job cleaning up the surrounding area of broken branches and debris. I would recommend Gilbert’s team to my friends and family for your property’s yard maintenance issues any day.

Needed a tree and stump removal done in my yard and these guys did an outstanding job! They were on time and efficient. Miss Brenda showed great customer services. She made sure everything that I wanted done got done. Definitely will be using Gilbert's for my fence job and upcoming landscaping job as well. These guys are fantastic!! We use them anytime we have had to remove or trim trees. Just recently had them come out for some landscaping and as usual they made my yard look absolutely beautiful. Gilbert's Tree Service is our go to company they should be yours too. They are always professional; kind and they give free quotes.

Gilbert's has done several jobs for my construction business and for me personally. They have been professional, on time, and their field crews know their job! They did a wonderful job on an older tree at my house, and removed all trimmings and cleaned up perfectly, leaving no sign of their work other than the nicely trimmed tree and some sawdust! I have used Gilbert's for several years now. They work with my budget and let me schedule work in parts and are very friendly. Clean up is so good I sometimes don't realize they were here. We had a bit of confusion over the quote not being in their system but they were pleasant and worked with me and the workers made sure to double check before they began working. I feel that they are fair and reasonable and they do great work!

This is the second time I've used Gilbert's for tree removal services. Danny handled both of them. They are incredibly detailed and friendly. They take the time to go over options and make sure you are aware of your choices before making any. Very polite and professional. Non-pushy to boot! I will be using Gilbert's if I ever have another tree issue.

A very professional company with caring employees. John was easy to communicate with and explained what the bid ( which was very reasonable )included and when they would be doing the work. Brenda at the office use a nice person to deal with and kept us to date on the progress of the scheduled work. Tyree and his helper were very prompt and courteous. They worked together and did what had been discussed about trimming out the huge Willow tree plus did a great job of cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend Gilbert's Tree service to take care of any of your yard and tree needs !!

After contact different service to get a couple tree limbs cut off our roof, Gilbert tree service provided best estimate as well as fast scheduling. Brenda, front desk was very helpful as well as Andreas. The guys who cut down our tree limbs were fast and polite. Only issue I had was I was scheduled the day before and waiting all day I got a call saying they would be out the next day. They did come out first thing the next day and did the job. Highly recommend!

We could not be anymore happier with the service we received from Gilbert’s Tree & Landscape! Brenda in the office is so so nice! She made scheduling with them a breeze. We made sure to do our homework and got a few quotes before hiring someone to trim our trees and to cut one down. Gilbert’s was by far the most affordable company. Our trees were not a small job. Jonathan and his crew got the job done in a day and a half! They were kind and respectful of our property. They communicated wonderfully. They cleaned up after themselves and cleaned up our yard when they were all done. They did exactly what we wanted done. We are so happy with the job the did!

I have had Gilbert's Tree Service work on my property on more than one occasion and am always very happy with the work they do. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable and professional. They work closely with the fire department on fire mitigation which is important for me and where I live. I would highly recommend them for any of your tree needs. I certainly will call them again when I need work done again.

I had 3 large cottonwood trees removed and 10 stumps ground. I was impressed with the professionalism of John and his team and the cost was competitive, well worth it for the quality.

I had used 2 other tree service companies to remove cottonwood trees over the past 2 years. Gilbert's tree climbers were by far the most skilled, friendly and overall professional. Ed did the stump grinding. He was careful to avoid nearby young trees that were important to me, and he avoided the sprinkler lines that ran under most of the stumps. I was thrilled.

It was easy to communicate with John via email. John made me feel like a valued customer. Much better than my experience with the prior 2 tree service companies.

Overall, I was very happy with this experience and would strongly recommend Gilbert's for any work they do.

Do not hire this company unless you want them to disappear halfway through a job. One of the most dishonest contractors I’ve ever worked with. Originally I hired them to trim trees in both front & back of my house. Back was fine, but when they went to do the front they badly damaged the concrete on my driveway. At first they committed to fixing it, at a slight increase to my cost. I agreed to this. This was in October (it’s late March) and I still haven’t heard back, after the manager John said it would be done by the following week. I have documented the updated agreement, emails with unfulfilled promises, ring doorbell footage of the incident, and many calls to the office. My attorney will be in touch next. Thanks

EDIT: can say that I was at least able to resolve this with the owner. I did appreciate that even tho it took a while. Hoping they have better staff in place now!

I was looking for someone to remove 2 stumps from my backyard and I found Gilbert's Tree Service online which is in Fountain where I live so I called them and gave me an appointment within a week time. They called me first before arriving to do do the job and was on time. The work was professionally done and clean. Their stump man was very polite and very skillful in doing his job.

After a disastrous spring snow storm we had huge damage to our trees front and back. Gilbert Tree Service responded quickly. They cleaned up the numerous fallen branches, did restorative work, and safety pruning to prevent future problems. They explained what they were doing and why, and were always professional, pleasant and cleaned up well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
