I am happy I went with Mandi and Eli with Arbi Barbi. They were communicative, professional and consultative. I had them out for an entire day removing dead trees. One tree was hanging directly next to a power line and my fence. You could see the years of skill and experience They bring to the job as the boys brought that giant tree down without any issue. Their team made sure to stack the wood neatly so as not to overwhelm my yard. They didnt remove any trees that didnt need to be removed, but made sure I knew what signs to look for next year in the event they continue to decline. They carted off all the wood i didnt want and cleaned up the yard of debris. Super friendly team who seemed to really have fun too. Thank you all!

I had Arbi Barbi remove three trees, grind the stumps, and trim another, and they absolutely crushed it. They showed up on time, got straight to work, and handled everything efficiently without cutting corners. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and clearly knew what they were doing.
They had to remove a few fence panels to get the job done, but they put everything back exactly how it was, which I really appreciated. They even worked through the rain, which honestly surprised me.
The cleanup was incredible. They removed almost every single leaf and piece of debris. The yard looked better after they left than before they started. The trimmed tree looks great too, clean, balanced, and healthy. They didn’t just hack things down, they actually took care in how everything was shaped.
What really stood out to me was the level of customer care. One of my neighbors had been pushing to have a tree removed, and they even offered to speak with them directly to explain why trimming was the better and healthier option instead of cutting it down. That kind of honesty and willingness to advocate for the right solution, not just the most expensive one, is rare.
Pricing was fair, communication was solid, and there were no surprises. Huge bonus, they were totally fine communicating via text instead of phone calls, which made everything way easier for me.
I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing tree work done right.

Excellent. Professional and amazing communication throughout the entire project. They removed 10 large trees around our house while I was out of town. Two of those actually growing through the woods deck. Then even preformed extra fire mitigation that I needed. Clean up after the project was immaculate. Communicated with myself and the insurance company to get everything right. Price quoted was exactly what I ended up paying. Highly recommend.

I was worried about a huge branch on my beautiful maple tree. I looked like it could fall on my house. Mandi explained my options and told me I didn't have to cut the whole thing down. Instead she used a cabling and bracing line and a reducion to make my tree safe and gave my family peace f mind

We had a wonderful experience with Arbi! My message was returned immediately and they made room in your schedule to stop by our house to provide us with an estimate. They thoroughly went over their process of removing trees and provided excellent recommendations on which trees to remove and which ones to keep. That evening, we were sent an estimate and a contract. Communication throughout was amazing and they removed our trees within 3 days of contacting them, carefully squeezing our job in. Their removal service was top notch as there was no evidence of tree removal on our property. I would absolutely call them again for any of our future tree needs and I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service.

Dennis heard I got scammed from another company/guy. Wanted to make it right even though it wasn't him. He cut down a tall/dangerous elm in backyard, near detached garage and house. He did exactly what I wanted for a price that I could afford. Will definitely be calling Dennis to do all my tree jobs!!

We are new in Fountain and had a need for mulch. I made a trip to Gilbert's and had an amazing conversation with their staff member on-site. Not only were they able to help supply us with the mulch we needed they welcomed us to the neighborhood. You can tell this is a business invested in the Fountain community. John Gilbert and his crew did an exceptional job on my front yard. In addition to showcase sod installation, they built a beautiful ring around a tree as well as across the front of my house.
