I’ve been a customer with an annual contract for years and have always appreciated how responsive Rodd and his team are. I can trust that what they say and what they do are always for the best, not only for the short-term if it happens to be an emergency call, but also for the long-term. Trust is the key.

This is my second—and final—home in Colorado Springs, and Rodd, the owner of Winterrowd Heating & AC, installed the HVAC systems in both. I would not use anyone else. Rodd takes the time to meet with you, understand your specific needs, and ensure you receive a high-quality system at a fair price. They were able to send someone out same day when we had a furnace issue. When it started acting up again at night, my call was answered right away and a technician came back to try and get us heat for the night. Super responsive and caring team.

We called on a Saturday night with home temps in the 50s during a cold snap. Rod himself picked up the phone, assured us someone would be able to help and within two hours, capable and courteous Dylan arrived. So grateful for such competent and efficient service

Worth every penny great company... we had complete hvac installed -- units are i. Cieling, connected to outdoor compressor -- and its fantastic. An incredible upgrade to the house. Went with Bosch. Which Rodd Winterroad's team installed with serious skills and made it seem easy. And we got a huge refund through the city utilities department for going this route.

Rodd and his crew really helped me out again! They got here quickly and resolved the boiler issue right away. They are professionals, know what they’re doing and treat you fairly. Highly recommend.

James was great! Super helpful and efficient. didn’t just fix the problem but explained to me in depth what the problem was and how my hot water heater functions and even next steps down the road if there are further issues. Very kind and nice to my cats too! 🐱

We use Winterrowd for out apartment complex maintenance and repairs and are extremely happy with their services.
All their people extremely professional snd knowledgeable which helps them diagnose problems faster.
They will always try to go the extra mile.
We had a problem in a building we had sold and the new owner was having some issues and couldn’t get anyone out until after the weekend.
I got ahold of Winterrowd to see if there was anyway the could get out that day which was midday on Friday and the were able to get out within a couple of hours and had the problem rectified within the same time frame.
Needs less to say the owner and I were very impressed.

Winterrowd is my #1 go to. I use them myself and refer them to all my clients. They always show up promptly and have really fair prices. Rod looked at an HVAC system in of my clients houses that a company stated needed full replacement. He was able to clean the system and the furnace is still going strong all these years later. Winterrowd Heating and AC has been my go to furnace maintenance and repair company for over 10 years and their service has always been excellent. Their personnel from Rodd ( the owner) on down are always amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the initial call to the end of the repair. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

We have worked with this company for a new AC unit six months ago to a whole house steam humidifier today. Everybody was great. I have no complaints at all, and they even offered a military discount.

Excellent Service! They showed up promptly on time. Then he shared with me exactly what my problem was with my furnace. He spelled out all of my options for repair, including a breakdown of repair vs replacement. We went with the repair option and he got it working that day! I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Excellent job!

Rodd and team have done multiple projects for us and some for our friends. We trust him because he is honest and takes pride for his work. When seeking out a whole new HVAC system, his prices couldn’t be beat and we love the high value product we received. The team is kinda, respectful of your property!

Great company! Couple of years ago we purchased the house we currently live in. We wanted to add air conditioning to our new(ish) house, as we have never had A/C before. Our realtor recommended Winterrowd Heating & AC. Friendly staff, punctual for appointments, and great pricing (that we found around). I hate to say this about them, but they answer the phone day and night, and you speak to an actual person. I don't know when they sleep. Recently they serviced my furnace before winter for some cheap deal. They don't over charge or create reasons to replace or upgrade. I recommend them to my family and friends anytime they have HVAC needs. I have been a customer with them for about 5 years now and never have had a single issue.

Painless new furnace install! I have used Winterrowd before for repairs, but this was my first time with a replacement furnace install. Very professional and install was faster than expected. They even cleaned up and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Highly recommended!

I have a rental property in Colorado Springs and my tenant called on Tuesday night to tell me the furnace was not blowing hot air. I live in Georgia, so I googled HVAC and found Winterrowd Heating & AC Inc. I was very impressed by the reviews they had online and called them that evening. I spoke to Rodd, very friendly and customer service-focused. He was ready to go check out the system that evening, however, I asked if he could check it on Wednesday. They went over and gave me two options, I could repair it or replace it. I decided to replace it since the unit was 27 years old. On Thursday, they had a new furnace installed in my rental home. Prices are very reasonable - I did not feel at all like they were trying to take advantage of me, especially since i live in another state. Dylan was excellent and kept me in the loop on the entire process. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Plus, I love supporting small businesses! I also received a 10-year warranty on parts and set up yearly HVAC service with them. Thanks so much to Rodd & Dylan! You guys are the best.
