These people were courteous and very knowledgeable. The person answering the phone took care of my questions. Kudos to Todd for evaluating the problem and Easton who did the repairs! Highly recommend this company for your plumbing concerns!

This is the best plumbing company in town! They can do anything from major technical repairs to drain cleaning and are always quick to respond and have very fair pricing. We have used them on two different occasions, and have been very pleased with their professionalism and how everyone we have dealt with is great to deal with. We would recommend them to any of our family or friends without hesitation!

Called the line to get a sump pump installed in a crawlspace, they came on time and the price was not outrageous. Nick came and was very personable and kind. Got the estimate in a timely fashion. They got me on the schedule and two days later Nick and Willy came out. They got the work done fast and did the job well. Willy answered all my questions I had. I would use them again.

Had Ryan come to our apartment and fix a leak that was coming from upstairs, the whole time he was courteous and professional. He also showed up when he said he would instead of that 12hr window you get with most service companies. I highly recommend western peak plumbing!

Drew was AMAZING! He was early to the appointment, communicative, respectful and overall very professional. He took the time to walk me through the service call and explain the workings and tentative preventative maintenance needed for my home. Did not disappoint. Thanks again!

They gave us a bid to install and test 4 backflows on our property. Then they increased the bid by over $300. They came to install the backflows and did not have the proper tools so they installed them by hand. They came the next day with a brand new, larger pipe wrench and tightened the backflows and tested 3 of them. The 4th one was leaking through the pressure regulator so they did not test it. They gave us a quote of over $3K to replace the pressure regulator. I called Rampart and they had it in stock for $1800 full retail. I ended up taking the old regulator apart, cleaning it and putting it back together and it was perfect. We were charged way to much for very subpar service and they almost got us with an unneeded $3K repair. We ended up using A-1 backflow for the last backflow test and they were solid.

Drew did a great job! He got out here in a hurry during after hours. After arriving he quickly diagnosed what was needed (expansion tank) and started repairs immediately. Hey had a great attitude and was to the point. I'm a realtor and deal with a lot of companies out there. I highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing! Would give 6 stars if I could!

This company is really impressive, and I'm very glad I called them. I sought an estimate and second opinion about my sewer line. My situation is something of a puzzle. The owner of the company, Marvin, came out and carefully went over everything, ran their camera, traced it, and verified the best place for a clean-out. He also shared his time and expertise to answer my questions and advised me on a related plumbing matter. I have to turn in several estimates due to the work being part of a claim process, but I'm really hoping to go with this company for the actual work.

First off I was very pleasantly surprised that this company works weekends.

Second of all I was shocked when the Plumer demonstrated an abundance of knowledge and was not out to make a quick buck. He actually took the time to trouble shoot different parts of my water heater and gave me options that didn’t include any were he got paid. He explained how the water heater warranty worked and told me to go that route first.

After a few more minutes of demonstration and info he noticed that the unit continued to run water as if it was never full. He quickly pulled up his sleeves and jumped in the crawl space to continue trouble shooting and found that my home had original piping that has developed corrosion and holes causing leaks.

He then went to working on fixing the issues so that I could have hot water again.

Fun fact: the call was for a free estimate on a tankless water heater. Ironically my water was no longer hot by the time the Plumer stoped by. Timing could not have been better!

Needless to say I was one happy camper.

I look forward to having them come back out to replace the rest of the old pipe and bringing my home up to code.

Western Peak went above and beyond to help out with our gas/plumbing situation to meet a deadline that was crucial to our inspection process. The whole staff, especially Marvin, were very helpful and accommodating and I can't express how much I appreciate their professionalism, level of customer service, and wonderful communication. I highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing all day long!!

Western Peak Plumbing has been our “go-to” company for any repairs the past few years. Recently our shower handle rod broke off inside the valve rendering an inability to turn off and unfortunately no bypass valve to isolate the water supply. Owner Marvin answered our call right away and staff member Ryan was dispatched for the repair and arrived to our home within an hour. He explained in great detail the problem and solution. He was courteous and very professional. As usual, Western Peak delivered top notch service. Make them your first call for any plumbing needs.

Wonderful!! This company saved two of our residents. We had two hot water heaters go out and Western Peak was able to come out within a couple of hours to replace one and then the next day was able to change out the other. Ryan and Easton were our techs. They were FANTASTIC. We will always call Western Peak!!

Came same day, completed the disposal swap in less than an hour, left everything clean and tidy, rate was exactly as quoted.

I Found a leak behind my shower wall and needed it repaired. A neighbor recommended Western Peak Plumbing, so I called them. The next day someone came out to quote the repair and the following day someone came out repaired it. They did it quickly and at a reasonable price. They even take pictures of the before and after so that the owner can make sure the repair was done correctly. I would definitely refer them.

Plumber was quick, competent, friendly. This is an honest and professional plumbing business (which sadly is hard to find). So thankful for Western Peak!

After 3 companies had their head up their has rooter you know tore up tile to argue about camera. Western handled it like Amazing over and above.
Beyond expectations. Ask for willie...I'm not him but thus man dies an exception to customer se r vice commitment and quality work...even when it's a tough one.

This company totally ripped off one of my customers. They had a 1 inch RP backflow leaking. They gave these guys a call not knowing it was attached to the sprinkler system, they came out and told her she needed to replace the back flow. They charged her over $2,000 for something that could have been rebuilt with a $40 rubber gasket kit. Two ProPress fittings and a new backflow. This company is dishonest and not a good company to work with I would not recommend.

Edit: There was not damage to the exterior of the copper backflow. That is a flat out lie. It was an RP backflow the only damage will come if it froze and broke. Please do not use this company the so-called master plumber is a master scammer.
