Drew came and did some work for the store I work at twice the last couple weeks and each time he was so kind and respectful. The problems were fixed quickly he even took the time to explain what he was doing. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing!

We've had them out twice, the technician was Kevin the first time and Nick the second time, and both have been great experiences. They're on time and super nice; and of course plumbing is never cheap, but the prices are fair and the work is good. We will call Western Peak every time.

Appt. window was noon-2:00 pm. Showed up at 10:30 am. Tech was polite and congenial. Work was done to satisfaction.

Tech didn’t cover carpet and tracked dirt on hallway. Contacted owner via his email and sent pics of soiled carpet. No response after 4 days.

UPDATE: Company contacted me after posting review. They were very apologetic. They had tech come out and spot clean carpet and offered to come back and clean if anything additional was found. Said they would be more aware about protecting floor surfaces when providing services.

Excellent experience with Western Peak Plumbing. Our water heater went out overnight so I gave them a call the next morning and they were able to come out the same day. Marvin was able to fix the issue quickly and walk me through the steps he took. He was honest, professional and thorough. I will be using Western Peak for any plumbing needs in the future!

Awesome customer service and super fast response time. We woke up to a broken water heater and had it all replaced within a few hours. Willie and Nick were awesome and explained the whole process. Would definitely recommend them!

Marvin, at Western Peak, responded immediately to the message I left about a leak in my basement. He made time to look at it that same day and taught my tenant how to use the water in the home, while also mitigating the leak as much as possible-- and even stopped by a second time to ensure she was using it correctly. Both he and the technician sent out for a repair were respectful, took time for careful explanations, communicated thoroughly with me, and made a very stressful situation feel much less so. I will be working with Western Peak Plumbing to replace old pipes in my home. Very grateful to have found these skilled, responsible and thorough folks.

Update: my sewer backed up the next day, so i called back to have them come fix it. They sent the tech back over to fix the problem late in the evening and got it straightened out free of charge. My confidence is high with this company because they stand behind their work! You don't see that these days! Thank you!

I was upset about the price of the service, but after making a bad review the business called me to give me a better explanation of the reason behind the high cost. Still not real happy about the cost but I respect the fact that they reached out to me.

I highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing! I needed my water heater replaced and Marvin came out to provide an estimate. He was so thorough in his assessment of the water heater that I decided to mention another issue I was having with excessively high water pressure throughout the house. Marvin went above and beyond in getting down to the root of the problem and identified a need for a pressure regulator. This was crucial because excessively high water pressure can and will damage appliances and faucets in the rest of the house. By pointing this out he saved me a ton of time and money in the long run. Thank you, Marvin!

Also, a big thank you to Kelton who came out to install the water heater and pressure regulator. He was knowledgeable, professional, and completed a very clean install. The final inspection passed with flying colors and all systems are a go. I’ll be using Western Peak from here on out!

Our toilet developed a leak & began to run continuously; I contacted Western Peak Plumbing & got an immediate response. Although they were booked up for 3 days, they made an appointment & within a few hours recontacted me & booked a slot for the next day. The young man sent to provide the service was pleasant, polite & very personable. He also had a delightful sense of humor & most importantly, knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company & I will not hesitate to call them again!

Great experience with Western Plumbing. It was easy to schedule, they gave us a 1 hour window and showed up on time. They read what I thought the issue was and sent the right guy for the job. He was competent and friendly. Got the job done (cleaning out a blocked sewer line) quickly and correctly. The bill was reasonable. We'll use them again!

With very little notice Western Peak sent out a plumber to replace our hot water heater. Andrew stayed until 8:30 PM in order to get the job done. He was thorough, professional, and genuinely nice.

Western Peak Plumbing is outstanding! They not only fixed the problem but saved me a lot of money in the process. We had a leak in our basement that was a rolling disaster and a diagnostic challenge. A different plumbing company came out and determined that it was not a plumbing problem but was a structural issue. Then a foundation company determined that it was a drainage issue (of course) and proposed a very expensive sump pump fix that was going to destroy a good bit of our basement to implement. Luckily, a pipe locator service established that it was in fact a plumbing issue causing the leak. Knowing that we were without water, Western Peak Plumbing pulled workers off of other jobs to get to us as soon as possible. The plumbers were on time, prepared, thorough, knew what they were doing, mitigated the dust from a dirty job, did the repair and cleaned up afterwards. The problem stemmed from a previous shoddy plumbing job. It has been very difficult the last few years to find a competent plumber so I am so happy to have finally found someone I can trust.

I called this morning because we had low water pressure and they showed up within 3 hours. They quickly fixed the issue. I have used Western Peak before and I’ve always had great service with them. Highly recommend this company

I have had a very good experience with Western Plumbing fixing a water break underneath the basement. This was an emegency situation where they came out promptly, identified where the leaking pipe was, replaced it, and patched the concrete. They were professional, provided a great service, Marvin, the owner worked with me on the cost. I would highly recommend them for Plumbing work.

Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe that leaked onto and through drywall in the basement ceiling. Nick F, quickly identified the offending pipe and replaced it quickly. He also answered all plumbing questions I peppered him with in a way I understood. I highly recommend this plumbing service.
