Rick was prompt and easy to work with. I had an issue with my bathtub drain and Rick was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. It is definitely nice to not feel like a dollar sign when having work done - rates were fair and affordable and I wasn’t upsold anything.

The work quality is solid and fixed our leak. It’s good to know that there’s a quality plumber close to home. Will definitely call again if I need service.

Rick saved the day again! We’ve had a few different plumbing issues since moving into a new (older) house. Every time we’ve called Rick to help us he has come out super fast (same day) and been able to fix the issue. Rick was able to quote a good price over the phone, installed and got his own plumbing permit, and passed the inspection on the rough-in first try. After visiting, the other plumbers I called said they couldn't even give an estimate for my new kitchenette rough in without me getting a building permit first. I called Rick when I started having sudden issues with our water heater and rather than insist on coming out and charging a service fee, he was polite and helpful over the phone and allowed me to check and try a couple things, and now the hot water seems to be working great again!

This was the second time I’ve contracted with Rick for plumbing work. The first was about a year ago to replace a broken backflow preventer on my sprinkler system. More recently, he replaced a broken garbage disposal in our kitchen. In both cases, the work was excellently done! If you want to hire a local plumber, Rick is your guy!

Rick's your guy! Pricing came under all the competitors & he installed a commercial grade water heater at that! Great customer service & very responsive. Our water heater went down Saturday night. After trying to help us trouble shoot the issue over the phone on Sunday, he showed up Monday and installed a new commercial grade water heater for under the price of his competitors for a residential unit. I will call nobody else but Rick in the future for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

He'd helped us last summer with our water heater and ended up needing help with it again because of a filter beginning to clog. Excellent Plumbing did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater this week. I sent Rick pictures of our leak and he got us on the schedule for the next day (in order to prevent a flood). He was on time, was an excellent communicator, did a great job, and followed up the next day to make sure that everything was working well. Also, we were very pleasantly surprised at the price of the service and equipment. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent was, well, excellent. Water heater pilot light refused to stay lit, no hot water for a week. Called and asked I think Rick? And sent him some pics to take a look at. He was able to give me some DIY tips and I was able to get it going again! I know at some point I’m going to need a new water heater, and I know exactly who I will be giving my business to, honesty matters so much to me. He could have come out and overcharged me, but he saw the problem was a simple fix, and chose integrity. Thank you so much!!!!
