In regards to HVAC system clean, I had an estimator come in & do a walk through. We discussed treatment options based on my sq footage. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Estimate sheet broke down costs and price was predictable. Was able to get an apt the next day. The 3 employees I interacted were fantastic. They were on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable and funny! Able to answer every random question I threw at them.

In addition, they gave me a heads up about noises & sections of the house that they would be working on. know that it will be a half if not the whole day if you want the job done right. Mine took about 7 hours & when they sealed things up, they cleaned up & were on their way. Very happy

Service and results exceed expectations by far. Arrived as scheduled. Nick and Cody were professional, detailed and thorough, as well as helpful and considerate throughout the process. This is the first time this service was done in our home. Looking down into an open vent, we saw the buildup that was removed. No wonder we were sneezing. Nick and Tony did a great job working fast but thorough while cleaning my vents. The job was done very well and the pricing was more than fair for the work they did. I will definitely use them again.

I had heard the promos for Steamatic on the radio for quite awhile and decided to call them for an estimate.
The process was explained to me in easy to understand terms and I was happy with how thorough they would be.
I got a text the morning of my appointment from Nick and e and Kaden arrived right on time. After I was explained the job they got right to it. I was able to watch, ask questions, and see how quick and efficient it was.
I could see the results when I was emailed pictures of before and after. To me the results were immediate and I was completely impressed and satisfied.
I would recommend that you at least call Steamatic for an estimate; you get what you pay for and the work was great, employees great, and they show it in the work they do.
I realize this is a long review but I would also add that while my ducts and vents were being cleaned I had my gutters being checked and the Tech doing those said he had used Steamatic and was very impressed with their work.
I will be using them again when I need my ducts and vents cleaned again. Thank you!

The guys were excellent. Took such good care of the house, protected all of the furniture and carpets. The vents were disgusting from our renovation. Will definitely use them again!

I knew that my patio home had never had the ducts cleaned, and thought there was likely a lot of dust collected throughout the air ducts. I could have paid less, but chose Steamatic of Colorado Springs, because they had previously worked in the homes of my two neighbors, and they were well satisfied. I met the owner of this small company, and was impressed . (I do like choosing small businesses, and have not been disappointed so far!) The two workers, Nick & Anthony, were so polite, and trustworthy. I did errands while they worked. I did return a bit early since a weather front moved into our neighborhood. (I made sure my car was safe in the garage due to recent hail.) Nick showed me photos of all of the construction debris that the builders swept into the ducts 14 years ago! Who knew?(: I highly recommend Steamatic of Colorado Springs! They do excellent work.:)

Excellent. I was amazed when they removed my return ducts an I looked at the debris. I do have 3 dogs a didn’t believe our vents have ever been cleaned. The Black Forest fire did little damage but the Tech did point out possible smoke in the pipes. Not a big deal an no further action needed. I’m so glad I choose to have this done an highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic experience with Steamatic's crew! They were professional, caring, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Our home is 103 years old and has the old furnace ducts and vents and they were able to get into those vents and clean them out good! The air quality in our home is definitely better. Completely satisfied customer here!

Excellent service. We were in the hospital during our scheduled visit. And they came to our home cleaned out all of our air ducks, and left the place very clean. We’re super excited to have our ducks cleaned. This is the second property we’ve used with steamatic and we’ve never been disappointed.
You can actually break the difference once they are done.

Nicholas and Chris did a great job cleaning my dryer vent, both were professional and courteous. After they finished, I did 2 loads of wash and the dryer dried the clothes as it should. Thanks Steamatic!!

Chris was very knowledgeable about Duct cleaning and did a great job cleaning our commercial office space...Really the whole crew at Steamatic was very good to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chris was out here within hours to help with water break and get mitigation going in my flooded basement. Next day Marcus and Anthony showed with Chris and have been here everyday removing items wet walls, carpet, etc . Great guys, If I owned the company I would want them as employees. These Men are keepers. My Pug loved them!Kudos to good people! 1 to ten, ill give them a 9 and that's because they didn't buy pizza! Its ok though, because the were busy. Wish them well,kudos guys. There were stains in the carpet that I knew would not come out but they did a nice job of cleaning and the stains are not as noticeable!
