Way to expensive that's why they do free quote so they can rake you in the end, two tiolet pulled and replaced ring 1 disposal ring leak fixed 780 dollars later.

We had a big problem when we tried to turn on our sprinkler system, and needed help Jazy Frei, Came out promptley and did a great job of getting our sprinkler system up and running. We will definatly hire them for any other plumbing job we need done

The experience could have gone more smoothly, however in the end Jazy Frei's service was equal to the expectations that they set with me from the outset. Even issued a refund check when the technician mistakenly overcharged.

The guys who came out to help me with my house leaks were very professional and willing to work with my unique situation. They know what they're doing at Jazy Frei. You get what you pay for - expertise.

Plumber did not show up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. When I called him he gave me an unapologetic excuse about the dispatcher making a mistake, and he promised to call me the following morning to reschedule. I never heard back from him. Very disappointing because this company was well recommended and their failure to appear caused me to have to postpone a major renovation project

I have been using Jazy Frei fr all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs for the past three years. They are professional, honest, and most important to my wife they are clean and clean behind themselves.

Ernest did a super job and was knowledgeable of everything we asked of him. Fixing a leak on a new garbage disposal, faucet in master bedroom, installing a garbage disposal in bar sink, and fixing a major leak on our sprinkling system. Jazy Frei plumbing and heating is # 1 in our book

They gave us a price for installation of water heater and expected us to pull the permit.
When I went to the building department I was told since they were licensed they had to pull the permit. And since the work was already completed the building department called them and said get that permit pulled now or we will find you. Then they sent us an inflated bill more than the building department charge them.
Before you let those people work on your stuff find out if they pulled the permit prior to starting any type of work.
And if there license is up-to-date a lot of contractors let their license and insurance lapse.
Permit to install a water heater gas is $44 if you go directly to the building department.
Call your local building department find out that everything is in order and up to par.

Absolutely the WORST company and owner I have EVER dealt with. His employee says that he pads the invoices by $200-$300 once the bill from the tech gets to his desk if the tech does not put a price on the invoice that he submits. Over priced and sloppy work. They get appointments mixed up and at times dont have them scheduled on their books. Make sure you call ahead to make sure they show up. His invoices do not detail out the cost for services provided, makes it hard to tell what exactly you are paying for.

as a construction professional i recognize when contractors care about what they do and these guys do a great job. the business owner came and met with me at my home and at my rental, and together we formulated a plan to meet my objectives. gas or water they are knowledgeable, and have options ready to go. inexpensive and showed up and completed the work on time.
will use again.

I had them put in a new furnace a while back. The owner seemed great when I was getting a quote, although I think it was all fake. I paid the $65 to have it inspected after, and I took time off because they said it had to be done. No one ever showed up for the inspection. When I called to see if it was ever done I couldn't get an answer or call back and I tried 3 times, one time was with the owner. I also think the furnace that was put in is too big for my house, it is so much louder than the previous one and costs me so much more, getting a new furnace did not save me any money at all. It has actually costed me more. Not a great experience.

I have been using Jazy Frei plumbing for years and have never had a problem until today. We have a huge backup in our house and the best they could do was get someone out here tomorrow. We can't turn on any water backup again. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them and now we can't even get them to come out. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Our heat went out about 10 days ago. We called this company to come tell us what 2as wrong. The repairman discovered the problem and said it was going to be a 400$$ fix that would take at least 45 minutes. When he left to "buy" the part, we researched the part online. The part would only cost 50$$! When he got back we asked to see the receipt. We were told he didn't have it. So we turned around and told him we wouldn't need his services after all. My husband ordered the part online and a few days later had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Be careful with this company! I strongly recommend going with a different company. Be sure to do your research as well. Do not get screwed like we almost did.

I was in a bind with a somewhat unique situation and only Jazy Frei was willing to even come out to take a look at the job. Tim was my technician and he took care of my HVAC issue and now everything is working great. His customer service was over the top, world class...better than I hoped for.

I called Chris at Jazy Frei when my front spigot froze on my house. The plumber came out and replaced the spigot with a new anti-siphon spigot. The price was affordable. The plumber showed up on time and cleaned up after the job.

I also called them when the valves for my washer and dryer were rusted in place and had to be replaced. Jazy Frei installed new quarter turn valves and the work much better than the old ones. I will only use Jazy Frei for my plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

I've never worked with more reliable, honest people in the service industry before. They've come to my house several times for random furnace checks or plumbing leaks. Everytime, they do what they can to save me the most out of pocket. I've referred them to multiple clients and all have RAVE reviews. Honesty and Integrity are important when letting people into your home, and repairing systems that can affect the safety of your family. I'll never use another plumber or HVAC company again- Jazy Frei is stuck with me!

I needed a toilet installed ASAP in my rental property yesterday. Another plumbing company was completely unprofessional about it, Lowes gave me the run around for a week and I was fed up! I called Jazy Frei at about 830 am and by 130pm they were at the house putting in the toilet. Chris at the office was extremely friendly and helpful! The gentlemen that went to the house was also very kind and patient with me and Lowes while picking up the toilet. I appreciate their help and will be using them in the future!

After three calls, three separate visits and $400 later, these poor excuse for plumbers didn't fix the leak in the bathroom sink that they were called out for. They replaced and charged us for for parts that were never needed and didn't fix the issue they were hired for. I know where my sink was leaking from, I pointed it out to him, even took pictures and video to showcase the leak, and in turn he replaced several parts that had NOTHING to do with issue at hand. We still have a leak from our bathroom sink and the only way they will come out to remedy the situation is for MORE MONEY. Then, this dude has the audacity to tell my husband it's only a cheap part, an easy fix, he should do it himself. So, this clown KNEW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS, KNEW WHAT PART HE NEEDED, and here we are, a week later, the issue not fixed, and we're out $400. His claim, "you told me the leak was on the left side, not the right side, so I only fixed what you said was the issue. That leak isn't from my work, so yeah, I'll have to charge you more money." Don't we pay plumbers for their experience and expertise in the field in which they're supposed to specialize in? Do yourself a favor, avoid this business at ALL COSTS. As an inexperienced homeowner, I should have better researched and vetted the non-professionals prior to making the decision on hiring them. Now, we're forced to pay more out of pocket for another company to come out when it would have been cheaper to replace the whole sink and vanity. Hopefully my review saves homeowners the same heartbreak and anger we've been left with.

An outside pipe had frozen and we did not know it. We used it and water started flowing into our finished basement from the break. Not being from the area, my husband called a Nationally known plumber company. They gave us a time frame of 5 hours the next day for them to come out and fix it. At the last minute they called and cancelled until the next day. I could not miss a second day of work so I googled local companies and came up with Jazy Frei. The lady I spoke to in the office was very re-assuring and confident they could fix my problem and get my water back on today. The repair guys were at my door within an hour of my initial call and fixed my problem. Tim was to so helpful and informative. They will be the only company I call for plumbing issues. Thanks guys!

I had them install a new hot water heater which required a permit and inspection. They charged me $90 for the permit fee. When the inspector came to inspect the hot water heater, I saw that the permit only cost $40 from the county. I called Frei Plumbing and Heating and left a message stating that I had a question after the inspection requesting that someone call me. No one called me back. $50 additional to file a permit with the county seems exorbitant. The installer was very pleasant and did an excellent job. The "boss/owner" was a bit gruff, but I was still pleased with the install, but was very disappointed to see the gouge on the permit fee.
