Steamatic of Colorado Springs did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts, furnace and A/C condenser, from scheduling the quote through the final payment. Tami was pleasant and efficient in setting up the quote followed soon after by the service. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable in explaining each process and associated cost of the quote, never seeming like he was trying to upsell something unnecessary. The service techs, Nick and Anthony, were punctual, respectful of my home, thorough in completing the job. They answered every question I had and even accommodated me in helping keep my spoiled dog and cat as stress free as possible during the lengthy service. I have nothing but kudos for the entire Steamatic team, and I highly recommend their duct cleaning services.

I had a really great experience all around! Dave did a through job of explaining the ins and outs, timing and costs. Rick did an excellent job replacing our disposer. He took the time to make sure a new one was needed by taking apart the old one and showing me what had happened. He worked quickly and efficiently and the charges were very reasonable. We will continue to use Excellent Plumbing in the future.

Rick and Andrew are amazing. Our water heater went out on a Friday evening. I called the business line to find out if they were going to be open on Saturday, as most plumbers are either not open or charge exorbitant after hours charges. Not only is Rick willing to work on the weekend, he answered the phone personally The next morning Rick and his coworker, Andrew were out here as promised with a brand new water heater and within four hours we were up and running. Cannot recommend Excellent Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical enough. I will be calling Rick again in the future.

These guys were VERY helpful before they even came out to our house. We had a bit of a plumbing emergency when Colorado had its cold snap, and they were on the phone helping us with a temporaryfix. Then once the temporary fix was to the point where we needed the actual fix, and the weather was warmer, they came right out and did what they needed and at a really good price too. These guys are awesome and helpful in everyday. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience hiring these gentlemen to replace my water heater. The price was so affordable and the quality of the work was amazing. They made sure to cover all their bases and ran me through everything I needed to know. He offered some great advice on other topics as well, which I greatly appreciated! Simply the best service. My water heater started leaking late in the evening and Rick was the only plumber that offered to help me that night. He walked me through how to stop the leaking that night and came in the morning to complete the repairs. I will never use another plumber!

The hot water heater pilot light will not stay lite! No hot water!
I started calling around early morning looking for a plumber. I called Excellent Plumbing, Heating & Mechanical and spoke with Rick. After explaining my crisis, Rick explained it could be due to many reasons, Rick asked for additional water heater information and said he would call back. Rick called me back within in 5 minutes. We did some troubleshooting together and were able to find the issue. In my case, it was to reset the overheat switch. Problem solved. Thank you Rick! Your number is on my water heater.
In my experience, other plumbing companies will not let you speak with plumber or their answer was, you need a new water heater!
