AMAZING service from Matt! He came out, assessed the A/C that wasn't working, had the part in his van and was done with the repair in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend Townsend and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs!

This was the second time we have used Matt. Called and gave him symptoms and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. This was not an emergency and arrived the following day. Sure enough the problem was exactly as he diagnosed over the phone. We will continue to use Townsend Mechanical for our hvac repairs. The best company we have used.

I initially had a good experience with Matt on getting a quote for some work to be done. When I asked about the quote which seemed high for what was said to be a “extremely simple” task he became very defensive and unprofessional. After asking for a phone call to discuss it, I was told to find other quotes and they are now too busy.

In response, I was looking forward to working with them but in regard to the price for serious items in terms of safety, I had gotten numerous quotes from reputable businesses that came in UNDER half the price. Wish them the best of luck as well.

Matt Townsend was a life saver for my mother and I. My AC went out! It's a holiday weekend and he actually answered my call. I had called several 24/7 emergency HVAC businesses just to get a recording they were closed. He figured out what was wrong in less than 5 minutes. With his 20+ years of knowledge he informed me of the problem, what caused the problem, and how he was going to fix it. I was so impressed! I learned so much in the time he was there. He even called later in the day to make sure the temperature in my home was going down. He price was also reasonable considering it was after hours and a holiday weekend. Oh and his business also does plumbing! I feel like I hit the jackpot. Nextdoor raved about Matt and his business, and second their approval. 100% recommendation.

I messaged a handful of HVAC companies and Townsend Mechanical was by far the quickest who got back to me. After scheduling a consultation for our thermostat upgrade, I knew we wanted to go with them. A month later, we ended up scheduling a AC install and a new furnace. The whole team is amazing.
