Matt Townsend is affable and helpful. He inspects my 28 year old furnace, and shows me the parts that might breakdown, he assures me that the furnace is a good furnace, and if one of the parts fails, that they can be replaced easily and inexpensively. In 2022, when I first had Matt look at my furnace, he suggested that rather than replacing the furnace, I should replace my windows. Rather than trying to use fear to upsell a product that I don't need, Matt is honest, sincere, and straightforward, which is rare today.

Matt is an amazing business owner with a kind heart and a helping spirit. Very knowledgeable about his line of business. I highly recommend reaching out to Matt and his team for anything for HVAC and plumbing. I was able to get my furnace running with his help on a cold November night. miguel and his team are excellent! we dealt with a different company for four years, who installed a costly new HVAC system and never managed to make it function properly. i was certain the new thermostat they put in was causing some problems, but they didn't listen to my concerns. then, fusion Heating & Cooling stepped in. miguel made a few small tweaks and replaced the intricate programmable thermostat with a basic one, as per my request. since then, it's been running smoothly! no more freezing in the winter or sweating in the summer. everything is now in perfect working order!

They tidied up everything after they finished, even though I told them I could take care of it. The indoor units and outdoor hoses have been installed professionally - it's not just a mess of pipes. They also handled a tricky neighbor and a strange hidden crawl space they found.
