I called Air Conditiong Plus at the recommendation of our appliance service company and DJ answered the phone. We needed our AC looked at because it wasn't cooling. DJ was able to arrive in 2 hours. He performed a very thorough diagnosis and found it needed more refrigerant. When he finished we had cooling again. DJ was very respectful, courteous, and professional. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend a
Air Conditioning Plus. Additionally, they exceeded our expectations and are very reasonable.

The furnace at our old house broke and we were quoted 10k by two of the bigger brands in town. Fix it Phil from ACP came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour for about $100.

Our new homes furnace broke last year and same story - Phil corrected the problem for about $100.

This year the 15 yr old furnace went out again and the team tried everything they could to get it corrected over the course of 2-3 visits. They gave us options to fix it and a realistic prognosis for how long it would last… we decided to just replace the whole thing and we are happy to say it cost way less than 10k!

Customer service and timeliness is top notch and you can tell the whole team really cares.

I will only use Nielsen for my AC/furnace needs. They are very responsive and 100% honest. I had a different company come and try to take advantage of me and charge $6000 for a new AC unit. Micah came and thoroughly looked at everything- turns out I just had a frozen coil. He was patient and answered all of my questions and confirmed that my unit looked good. They are the best! I would highly recommend Nielsen Mechanical for any residential or commercial HVAC needs. We had a 25 ton Trane rooftop unit that had stumped several other contractors over the course of the summer. We even had a Trane technician come out to lend a hand on one occasion. It wasn’t until Matt from Nielsen came out and spent the day troubleshooting that we had it working properly. He was extremely open about his thought process and had us up and running by the end of the day. Thorough and honest, I will be using them again.

Hands down the best AC company in the Colorado spring area =) they truly delivery quality service that is honest. They keep you up to date with any changes with services and document their work as proof. Cody their tech was phenomenal, I will always request them for my house and two businesses.
