Wow! Talk about customer service! Bryce came out to look at my problem and fixed what I was led to believe was a major problem in about 10 minutes. What an excellent job! He's a guy who understands not only the job, but excellent customer service as well. Thanks tons, Bryce...you da man!

*Highly Recommend* Wild Water has been the most friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service I have ever experienced. I had some HVAC work done and had my water heater replaced 2 days after receiving an estimate from them. The technicians went above and beyond my expectations and took the time to educate me on my entire system. On top of the absolute phenomenal service, I’ve found that their prices are the best around. I did my due diligence and scheduled 5+ estimates for the work that needed complete and they were the least expensive - saving me thousands. Do yourself a favor and rely on Wild Water for any and all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Here is another fantastic small business within the Colorado Springs area. I had an emergency with my water supply on a Sunday, I'm not going to lie, they were my 3rd phone call...but they were the only ones to say give me a few minutes and I will call you back with a plan to resolve the problem. Within minutes they returned the call with a solid timeline, a general idea of pricing and very confident they had all parts on hand. These two gentlemen that showed up to my house were extremely professional, approachable and very honest about expectations. What I liked the most was the recommendations they provided prior to starting the work, not trying to sell me something but looking at the big picture here are the options. Once we all agreed they quickly and effectively started to work and finished way before the timeline they gave me up front. Thank you so much for the quick resolution and the honest approach to the situation. I would recommend in a heartbeat. To top it off, after the left it seemed like work was never done in my residence. 👍

Found them through home advisor. Needed a water heater replaced and the job was done in less than 24 hours from initial phone call. Price was less than the big box stores for the same heater and labor and they didn't do any bait and switch with the pricing like other contractors do when they quote over the phone. They texted on the way to my house and sent pictures when finished. I appreciate the excellent communication and prompt service.

Daniel was the master plumber that came out to the house. He was courteous and knowledgeable and snaked out the drain in the laundry room. Everything went well and he made recommendations to keep the drain clear.

I wanted to update my review. I recently had an issue with my furnace shutting down. I called Wild Water with my concern, and they we're at my front door the next day to look at it. They did a complete diagnosis, of the issue, made some minor adjustments, changed my furnace filter, and all with a smile and complete courtesy and professionalism. Once again, I couldn't recommend them more for original installation and now commitment to service. Thanks Wild Water

Original Installation Review

My process started with critical failure on my 15 year old Payne furnace that was installed when the house was built. I weighed the option of rolling $1000+ into a repair, but decided to go the path of getting a new furnace. Via Yelp and Angi List requests, I lined up 8 companies to give me an estimate. From the start I had a bit of sticker shock and a bit of dismay at the high quotes coming for bottom of the barrel equipment. Then my interaction with the guys at Wild Water. Pretty much just like the other company techs, very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable. What made them stand out was their over 100 5 star reviews, the fact that their equipment of choice was Trane (not some bargin bin furnace), but most importantly was their estimate was extremely fair, and just turned out to be the best estimate I received. I immediately cancelled the 2 remaining estimates and signed their offer. The really nice thing as well they came the next day and installed my shiny new furnace, including fixing quite a few issues there were between the furnace and AC piece. Thorough testing. showing me that both the furnace was blowing warm air, and the AC was blowing cold air. I whole heartedly endorse them, not only for their work and prices, but that they are a small locally owned company that genuinely seems interested in making a difference in our Colorado Springs community. had them come out and give estimates on a toilet, kitchen sink and an outside faucet. After a short delay which was probably because I have been burned by other service companies they came out and AC did outstanding work He was truly amazing did not stop until all jobs were finished and answered all my questions and even went back to the sink after I noticed a very small drip and he redid the pipe to ensure the drip stopped. If you need work done to your house this is a great company to go to fair prices and very professional will definitely use them again if needed

Daniel came in to give an estimate and was very helpful in addressing the issue. He gave advice on several potential issues as well. Highly recommend Daniel! It’s nice to know I have a company/plumber to use that I can trust in the future as other leaks pop up.
