Unit was icing up, I called these people and they came out to tell me to replace my filter which was less than a month old, and to keep my fans running to cool down the ice. Called All Season Inc. a week later and they took the cover off and noticed a carpet like lint coating that was covering the evaporator coils, THEY solved the problem, climate design just charged me $145 to tell me to replace my filter. I hope people read this before calling this company, the other company charges way less to come out and actually tried to fixed the problem.

Similar to another reviewer, NOT recommended due to VERY poor communication. I called to have someone checkout a noise my furnace was making and finally after a number of calls and even using their website, someone finally came out. Once out here, they were supposed to service the furnace and help diagnose what was going on. However, it appears that they did nothing in terms of service except for some dusting and didn't want to stay to hear the furnace making noises. They did tell me to call back and tell them where the noise was coming, which I did, but I NEVER heard back from them after nearly two weeks.

I had a good experience with them a couple of years ago which prompted me to use them again. However, after this experience, I will never use them again. Doesn't seem like they care about customers. They just collected my money and were never heard from again! STAY AWAY!!!!

Mike really was awesome. He really helped us out when our heater went out after we had a whole house humidifier installed. He was very professional and worked hard to get everything running smoothly again. His prices were very reasonable and fair and would absolutely recommend him.

They found that my furnace was short cycling, wasting energy. They adjusted the settings perfectly and now it runs smoothly and efficiently. True experts!

A truly honest company. They told me my system just needed a simple fix, not a costly replacement. I highly respect their integrity.

Jeremy and Felix installed a new furnace for me yesterday. They did a fantastic job. They were both very kind, courteous, and professional. It wasn't an easy job. They had to install the furnace in my crawlspace which is a tight belly-crawl, but they did it with a smile. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
Joshua and Michael came out today to clean and sanitized my duct work. They also were very friendly, courteous and professional. They did a great job.

Such a great company!! Called in the morning, from an hour away... had someone show up within 2 hours, diagnose the problem, offer us different options and then 2 more gentleman showed up, SAME DAY. Installed a whole new furnace, moved out the old unit, changed our thermostat, installed c02 monitors. And on top of all the great service, they're all just so kind. I'm so glad they were who answered the phones first yesterday 🤗 Highly recommend.

Andres showed up on time & was very professional and friendly. He took the time to walk me through my furnace issues and we worked through a solution that fit for me. He went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and explaining how my system worked. I would highly recommend ATC to anyone looking for the best service around.

Nathan was professional , courteous on time and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions thoroughly (heater maintenance and tune up). And walked me through services provided and also what will be needed to bring other systems up to code when needed.Would recommend and will use again.

Great experience with these guys all the way from the original quote to the finished product installing a new AC unit and replacing my old furnace went seamless from start to finish. Great team work, came ready and prepared to get things done, positive attitudes made things smooth and easy to deal with, I Highly recommend these guys (Nathan Ewan, Riley Hadley and Conner Dozeman) they did a great job. Knowledge was there and questions were answered. Hard workers are hard to find let alone quality work. Thumbs up fellas and much respect to these 3 guys.

EDIT/Update:
Around the Clock has been very responsive to my complaint and has apologized for the error. They also refunded what I was charged. Their reaction has been very professional and above board. It definitely seems like their goal is to provide quality service, even if it missed the mark this time.

My AC had stopped working. After calling this company in, I was first told one part would fix my AC. After paying nearly $400 for the fix, I was told that it wouldn’t fix it and I needed an entirely new furnace (for $9000) because the motherboard was bad. No AC or heat without it. Basically I could deal with a very costly repair and wait a long time for parts, or just replace the unit because that was the best solution.

The whole experience felt wrong, so I got a second opinion. A second company noticed quickly there was a burnt wire connection that seemed pretty obvious when pointed out to me. The motherboard was fine. The furnace is fine. Ultimately, it vibrated loose and caused the wire to burn out. It was a $250 fix from the other company and everything works again fine.

Update:
After reviewing previous photos of my furnaces on 3/5/26 of their gas lines it was evident that the lines were not reused as the inspector had thought but were indeed new. The inspector was then informed along with the contractor with this information. I was informed that this would be looked into and that I would be updated.
As of today, I have received a new report from the inspector with a final result.

1. 1 day promised install took 3 days to complete
2. Our HVAC systems failed their inspections due to this company reusing gas coil lines that are only for one time use (per the senior mechanical inspector)
3. They left all kinds of small nails and other metal debris behind after leaving
4. Displayed horrible communication
5. We were told the installers knew what they were doing

We held off leaving our experience but this failed inspection was our last straw!

I called this company when I was having heating issues during the recent cold storm and they were able to come out same day. The technician Peyton was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He explained the problem showed me the fix and gave me upfront pricing. They were to get me up and running right away, so I didn’t have to stay in the cold. I highly recommend around the clock as well as Peyton.

I am very grateful for this business and their technician Peyton. Our heat went out in the middle of the night and roughly an hour after I made the call, Peyton was arriving at the house. He had the heat fixed and working properly shortly after. He also gave us some helpful information on maintaining our furnace or upgrading in the future. These guys are a life saver

Andres was freaking amazing he made a stress time a hell if long less stressful easy and literally walk me throughout the process Kudos to Andres and we will be requesting him personally going forward! Thank you Andres you freakin rock! Then the installation team arrived Carlos and Eduardo a couple of cool cats they were great efficiency, knowledgeable and very cool! Had my water heater flushed and furnace maintained. Joshua Thornton is my Tech. He was ultra adept and clearly explained the mechanical inner workings of the whole System to me. He explained how to get the most out of my HVAC system, performance wise and longevity wise, which is exactly what we all want. I will definitely be using Around The Clock in the future, these guys know HVAC!!! Thanks Josh!

We were able to catch a carbon monoxide leak early thanks to Around The Clock. around able to get things done urgently and offered financing with super low monthly payments. Felix and Terrance were awesome technicians. Super knowledgeable and helpful with providing information for what to do for preventative care. They made it look so easy and got the job done effortlessly and even left my furnace area looking cleaner than before they started the job. Super thankful and highly recommend !

Services were thorough and prompt. Andres showed me photos and measurements to explain why my old heater had become inconsistent. The process was easy and fast, with his help. I just had with Anda great experience with Adres! He explained how a furnace and AC works, and what is wrong with my AC. Which I have never had anybody do. it makes a lot more sense to me now. He is very confident in his work , and I would highly recommend him over and over and over! This company has an awesome employee!
