Andres came to check our furnace at midnight on a very cold winter night. He was great to work with. He came quickly, was very friendly and took care of everything. We appreciated the service. Also the woman answering the phone was wonderful as well (sorry I can't remember her name).

Nathan did an awesome job. He went above and beyond. Answered the many questions I had about both heat and the central air. He also mentioned about your yearly program and other services. Helped me screw in the wall cover above my furnace. Very knowledgeable on both systems. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the squirrel cage full cleaning at this time but will definitely have you all back when spring arrives to tackle that and my central air. Thank you

Andres was amazing! If I could leave 6 stars I would. My furnace went out in the mountains of Forissant an hour away from their office at 4pm. The lady on the phone said “no problem.” They would have someone right out! Amazing! I thought it would be at least the next day. Andres showed up at 6pm after driving on a dirt road for 3 miles. He was so friendly. Really knew his stuff. Showed me everything he did and had us up and running in no time. Super great experience. Highly recommend Andres and his company!

Andres was awesome! He was very personable and professional and took his time explaining to me in detail how my furnace works so that I could make an informed decision about how I needed to move forward.
Carlos and Eduardo came to actually install the new furnace, and they were great as well. Very professional and timely. Carlos even helped me relight the pilot light for my gas fireplace before he left! I would highly recommend their services and Around the Clock to anyone!

I just had the ultimate experience with Andres! He explained how a furnace works, and what is wrong with mine. Which I have never had anybody do... makes a lot more sense to me now. He is very confident in his work , and I would highly recommend him over and over and over! This company has an amazing employee! They also drove to Yoder for me!

He took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was fixed properly before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Amazing company. Genuinely care for customers and provide the best service that they can provide. I had Andres Gomez come into my place for a HVAC checkup and he was phenomenal. He took time to clean both the inside core and outside vent, helped set up custom settings for us on the thermostat and fixed a vent opening that had been closed since we got the house after listening to our concerns. With Andres you get thorough and honest work, genuine concern and effective solution. I have not had any technician put so much time and effort for a HVAC tune up. I highly recommend this company and Andres to take care of your needs.

Peyton was amazing. He is knowledgeable at his trade and more. He answered all of my questions honestly and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and try to sell me something I didn’t need. He didn’t even start talking pricing until I brought it up. Would highly recommend

Nathan came to our home, actually twice now and has always been professional and very honest and transparent with things he has noticed. Never pushy but very respectful and caring with regards to our unit. I would highly recommend anyone that needs great HVAC service to call these guys. If you can ask to have Nathan come service your unit as you won’t be disappointed.

Nathan was wonderful and very thorough. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we understood. He showed us all the paperwork and explained that also. I can tell we are in great hands and am excited about having this company take care off our hvac needs. Ww will be working with them on more projects in the future.

Nathan was super friendly and helpful from the initial call to let me know he was on the way. He came for a furnace tune-up and was knowledgeable, informative, and empathetic. I appreciate how quickly he and Shane worked together to resolve my (very dangerous) problem. They set me up with a great deal, and it is being taken care of immediately. Thank you!

Had an emergency heating issue on a 4° evening when I came home from work at about 4:30pm. Called a few places and most of them were giving me quotes late in the evening. A very busy night for sure (no ones fault). Gave these guys a call.
Call wait time was short, the receptionist was friendly and prompt. She had my information within a few minutes and a tech called me within 15 minutes. Nathan was here another 15 minutes later, was super friendly and respectful. Checked what he had to, and identified the issue quickly. What was really cool, is that he encouraged me to watch what he was doing and ask questions. That's not common.

All said, he had the job done by 6:15. The furnace needed a new thermostat and he didn't try to sell me on anything else. Around the Clock will absolutely be our go to in the future.

Wow!!!! What an awesome company!! So glad I called the right people. Peyton M. Is fabulous. Was beyond helpful and explained everything so I could understand. Showed me pictures of everything he did and let me know what needed to be done without sugar coating or making me feel like he was trying to sell me on something I didnt need. He gave me tips on how to maintain and gave me a true sense of genuine care for what he does. I would highly recommend this company and if you get lucky Peyton will be there to help you out! I wont be calling anyone else fot any hvac, plumbing or electrical needs.

Side note. .Josh and Mike who cleaned my ducts were just as amazing and wonderful. They made me feel safe..happy and genuine the whole time they were here. Also...I called about my furnace at 8am and they fixed EVERYTHING today. This company is worth your support.

I give this fine young man and this company ‘SIX’ Stars!! Josh was so Very courteous and polite! He explained things to me as we went along and is very intelligent and knowledgeable with his craft/trade/skill.
He was warm and friendly with my family and I and even went so far as to call and offer to bring me a coffee/tea as he stopped to get himself one on the way.
Joshua and Shane were able to give me a very reasonable offer, And I truly look forward to working with Around The Clock!

After getting the run around from another company, Around the Clock answered their phone after regular hours and helped to get me an on call technician quickly.

Nathan came out on an emergency call with such a quick response time late in the evening. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and did a thorough inspection to make sure nothing was missed and everything was safe.

Trevor & Kane arrived to our home in such a timely manner and were very efficient and thorough in addressing our electrical and heating concerns/problems during our appointment. Trevor was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and gave us a great price for the heating work we needed done! He returned and installed/fixed the baseboard heaters we needed repaired (and even my toddler enjoyed his company)! We appreciated their hard work and recommend their services!

Nathan was very knowledgeable explained in detail. Gave me the financing options advised of 10-year warranty maintenance packages available to me. I felt very comfortable with him advising me of purchasing a new system since mine is 20 years old. Great customer service thank you Nathan. Mak me of a situation I have with my piping turning green very knowledgeable in the plumbing situation. Looking forward to getting this resolved thank you Mak. Wonderful experience all around! From scheduling to the appointment, to after service follow up, everything was top notch! Andres came out today to do my maintenance. I am extremely pleased with how thorough he was. He explained everything he was doing, as he was doing it. He gave me some recommendations for what I can do moving forward. I will definitely be using around the clock in the future and referring them to my friends.
