Brad arrived at our house on a Friday for a same day call. We were impressed by the quickness of the scheduling and arrival, as our furnace was not heating the house at all. He found nothing wrong with the furnace and charged me a service fee.

The very next day we call him back to tell him it was still not working, where he quickly found and resolved the issue, and charged another service fee.

I didn't feel it was right to be charged a double service fee and explained the situation to the owner, Josh. He apologized and promptly refunded a service fee. He made me feel like keeping my business was a priority, and also wanted to make sure that his business was providing quality service. I appreciate him taking the time to make things right!

Falling Star HVAC installed my new HVAC unit a little over 18 months ago. Not only has the unit saved me money on my cooling costs, but they have also been outstanding with their semi-annual maintenance plan that keeps my unit working efficiently. I would highly recommend Falling Star for anyone looking to maintain an existing system or install a new system. They are local to Colorado Springs and veteran owned. And they don't try to sell you extra things you don't need. An all-around great company and experience.

Falling Star just completed some work that THREE other companies in town could not solve. We bought our older north end home 2 1/2 years ago and had issues with highly mismatched airflow. Some rooms hot and others cold. Other companies tried to suggest “possibilities“ of what the problem might be, but didn’t even take the time to crawl into the crawlspace and give us a real assessment. Brad and Tru responded almost immediately! They gave us an incredible quote and actually got the work completed in less than two days! We also signed up for their service plan. Great company, fantastic team, amazing value and we thank them sincerely for their work! Don’t even waste your time with anybody else. We have NOTHING but raves to give this company! They went above and beyond any reasonable expectations we had in service to us. We bought a home in the Fountain area that had A LOT of issues with the HVAC system that the previous owner was not forthcoming about….
