Triton HVAC, has been a blessing to us and our business. We use Tyler for all of our personal projects, and for our business, he is always there when you need him to offer his personal honest opinion and not to try and up sell you like all the rest. 10 out of 10. Always use Triton.

They were excellent and efficient! Totally lost heater over a freezing weekend. They were the only company that was able to come out first thing Monday morning. Four others I called couldn’t come until 3 days later which didn’t help me. One very low charge to come out AND repair the issue! Just a single charge to come out (most companies charge that plus costs of parts and labor). They were very knowledgeable and persistent in finding the issue. I have called at least two other companies in the past about the same issue and one fixed a completely unrelated issue (probably didn’t even need repaired) and the others said there was “nothing wrong”.I would 110 percent recommend to all and anyone! What a surprisingly pleasant customer service experience. I will be calling them for all my future HVAC needs!

This company is not even worth a star. They only fix our heater partially and did not come back to finish it. They told us they’re going to install the thermostat next time they come back but they never did. Btw, they took our money. My husband had been calling and texting them but they been ignoring him.

Wayne installed my system last year. Had an issue last night, used the 24hr chat and had an appt for the morning. Wayne came by and squared it up. No Charge even. Best HVAC ever.

If you need a professional and honest guy to check your furnace,air unit, etc Mr. Wayne is the guy!!!

He has a flexible schedule. He loves what he does and it shows. It's not about making quick money for him he actually cares about his customers needs. He gave full, clear, and detail information about what needed to be done and how he was going to do it.

Our AC was blowing warm air yesterday so I called Triton at 8 pm. Triton came out within the hour, diagnosed the issue, and our AC was blowing cold air by 9:15. Really thankful for their professionalism and timely response. I’ll definitely use their services as long as I’m in Colorado Springs.

Wayne came out at 7am to take a look at my furnace when it was no longer working on a very cold morning.He was here within an hour of me calling and the repair was minor. This is the 3rd time he had helped me out! I would highly recommend calling Wayne at Triton for all your heating issues!

The Triton HVAC team is AMAZING. They have assisted us 3 times over the last year with our pesky HVAC. They always come super fast and are very honest, professional and hardworking. We won’t use anyone else in the future. Give them a call for any and all of your HVAC needs. You won’t regret it!

One year ago, we had 2 AC/Furnace units replaced in our home. Triton gave us a great price and was able to get the job done quicker than we thought. After one year's time, I have compared my Energy bills, and while I am keeping my home cooler, this summer, my bill has been reduced by around $100.00.

My wife and I have also used Triton on a different property as well as at our Business with similar great outcomes.

Triton did a phenomenal job and came through where others didn’t. As a realtor, we often have crises when buyers or sellers are out of town. After leaving messages for others and not hearing back and one refusing to come without a homeowner present (despite being authorized by the homeowner), Triton went above and beyond. Not only did they make it out immediately, they fixed the broken pipe on the spot and did not need to schedule a time to come back. They went above and beyond and provided additional insulation to protect the boiler pipe in the garage from future issues. All that and he was 1/5th the cost of the original company. This is absolutely a great HVAC technician and will be my go to from now on for various listings in Colorado Springs. I will also be recommending him to other realtors as finding a reliable company that understands our needs is invaluable.

Triton HVAC was phenomenal; we had come home from vacation to find our heat was not working. We gave a phone call at night and Wayne was right out to evaluate the problem, gave a great explanation about what was wrong (Our furnace needed a full replace). The next morning Wayne was out to replace the unit, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

We got several estimates to get our 23 yr old furnace replaced. Triton (Wayne) was on time very personal and also offered 2 years of yearly service(tune up) on the new unit included in the price!
We will use him in the coming years on all of our HVAC needs!!

I have used triton a few times. Once they came out on a holiday weekend and fixed my AC and barely charged me anything. I recently used them again to service my hvac and he did a quick and great job. Already referred him to another person and they are happy. He does quality work and has been the cheapest price wise.

My AC stopped working a few days ago before this heatwave. Once the temperature started rising against the thermostats setting, I looked outside and noticed the fan not spinning. I called Triton on a Sunday and the owner came out to my home within 30 minutes of my initial call. My AC unit was fixed and operational within 20 minutes of the owner's arrival. He answered all the questions I had and offered me additional resources to further my knowledge of maintaining and prolonging the AC unit's service life. He left me his business card and gave me a great price for the service. I would highly recommend Triton HVAC and Refrigeration for anyone looking for prompt, affordable, and professional HVAC services. Thank you, Wayne!

Triton was not properly registered to do business in Colorado when they improperly installed our furnace, and they still are not, per the searches of the sec'y of state records search I did Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024 (tonight). He / they don't understand the difference between having a license from Regional Building and being registered with the sec'y of state thus legally doing business in Colorado. We were almost gassed after installation due to a cross-threaded gas line connection.. The exhaust vent was improperly installed, and several other deficiencies existed. The furnace failed inspection twice until a tech fixed the problems that Triton made. He has someone writing for him so don't be fooled -- neither he nor his then-assistant can write well and I have many samples to compare. After three years he/they are finally responding to my initial review and have not yet refuted the facts, just said "ain't so". My reviews are based upon the records, both private and public. If you wish to review them please contact me for copies and access to public records to show their history. Untruthful and unsafe company.

My heater quit working. It’s a very cold weekend. I called Triton, Wayne came out very fast. He was very thorough, found the problem quickly. He fixed it in a fast manner. I felt very secure with what he said the problem was. My heater was running better in less than 30 minutes. He was so very nice. We had a furnace replaced, air ducts cleaned and installation of an AC system back in 2021 with triton and Tyler. (Who is unfortunately no longer with the company). We were satisfied with the level of professionalism and work they did.

Fast forward to late 2024, we met with a realtor to begin the process of listing our house on the market. Come to find out, the work was never permitted and the company was no longer licensed in fountain. While the owner was nice and apologetic, his communication sucked. He did not stay in contact with us about an eta of when the permit would be completed. We had to buy him several times to make the situation right and stay on top of the permit. Then, he gave the building department the wrong contact info for us. Thankfully, I was home when they came knocking wanting to do the inspection. Pretty disappointed in this last encounter with them. They did do a great job originally, just verify permit completion or it’ll be a giant PITA several years later when you catch their mistakes.

Finding honesty and professionalism in the service industry can be tough, but Wayne from Triton Heating and Air Conditioning was a refreshing exception. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong. In no time, he had everything up and running again! I’ll definitely be keeping their contact info handy on my refrigerator for any future needs. Thank you, Wayne, and happy holidays!
