I had my Furnace serviced today by Around the Clock. My technician today was Peyton, he was very polite and serviced my furnace and discussed and showed me pictures of his work. He was very professional even though he had to go down in my crawl space, that is a small space. He also explained other services that they do! I am definitely signing up for the Service Plan they offer. Thanks Peyton for all your help today. 😀

From the first contact with Andres, everything went well. I was having issues with my furnace. He arrived within a couple of hours, inspected the furnace, responded with pictures, and was professional about the whole process. I am currently stationed in KY, and the renters said Carlos and Eduardo, from the time they came to install the new Furnace, were professional and respectful. From initial contact to project completion was less than 48 hours. I would recommend them and plan on contacting them for future needs.

I can't even begin to say how grateful I am to them. We had Andres show up on a cold, snowy night. He was so sweet, knowledgeable and basically saved us. Then Carlos and Eduardo come the next morning, to replace our entire furnace. Not only brought us a pie but was so personable, kind and answered all questions without hesitation on an answer. They had an entire furnace replaced within an unbelievable amount of time, answered questions, showered us everything, and played with my grandson and dog. I honestly can't get over how kind, sufficient and knowledgeable they were. They will be our go to if ever in need.

Cody came by and did a super nice job, he came through and replaced our water heater really fast. We had another company come by before but they didn’t do much, so we appreciate Cody getting it taken care of. Really nice guy. Would definitely recommend

He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made me feel so much calmer about the situation. His professionalism, kindness, and patience really stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I’m so grateful for his help and would definitely recommend this company—especially Nathan—to anyone needing heating repairs!

Had a simple issue in our rental property and Around The Clock was able to come out within the hour. Super reasonably priced for an emergency service. I was so impressed by the technician, Nathan, that I decided to enroll in an annual membership for general upkeep. Highly recommend them!

Andres was fast, friendly, and professional. He called prior to coming to let me know he was on his way. Andres was knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything he was doing and why. He did not sugar coat the fact we needed a new furnace. Andres was able to get us a great price and able to have the furnace installed the next day. Top notch!

Andres was prompt, knowledgeable and super friendly. He arrived on time and got to work while also loving on my animals which they really loved. He pointed out maintenance that need to be done, but wasn’t pushy about me buying more right now. If more than 5 stars was an option, he would’ve earned it.

Andres our technician was amazing to work with, was very thorough, respectful, and fast. Help break down in common terms what he found during are A/C and furnace tune up. Gave a fair and honest price. Would very much recommend this company if you’re needing any work done!

Peyton came to our home today & this young man is one of the best TRAINED professionals to come out to our home in a really long long time. We called Around the Clock at 6am this morning and Nathan showed up just a couple hours later to troubleshoot our water heater. Nathan was very professional and easy to work with. He made the process of replacing our water heater as painless as possible. Financing is offered at reasonable rates and they also have an annual membership that covers plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for your home. It offers things like free tune-ups each season and no after-hours or weekend fees on service calls plus discounts on parts, labor, and service calls.

I also like the 10 year warranty applied to new water heaters that Around the Clock installs. If you weren’t aware (like I was) water heaters don’t last as long as they used to and 10 years is about as good of a guarantee as I’ve found.

Overall, after having tried many different plumbing and handyman services this is the first one I’ve been compelled enough to leave a review about. Take that for what it’s worth. If you’re in need of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work either residential or commercial Around the Clock is my recommendation in Colorado Springs and make sure you ask for Nathan!

The whole crew was very professional and speedy to install my new heater and air conditioning unit. It was nice that there was no up charge over the weekend installation. The $99 service charge was waived with my purchase and military discount was applied. They did all of this in a clean effective manner. They were very knowledgeable to helping connecting the control panel to my WiFi also. Very friendly and helpful crew. Thank you so much for helping me out over the weekend and I was up and running the next day! Thank you for the Pie!

1/28/26. Peyton came all the way out to Florissant to have a look at our unit. Was very worried about us being without heat and having a little in the house which was very nice of him…he got here ahead of his originally scheduled time. We were only wanting to repair it but it was pretty old. With all the services they offer and the excellent price of a new unit compared to what was going to be cost of the replacement part it was a no brainer. They also will be able to do the complete install tomorrow. Shane, on the other end of the line quoting prices and services was very nice and real also. They all seem like a very honest and warm group of people. Locals that are going to show up and care. When you live this far out that is so important.

Update. 1/29/26. Eduardo and Carlos came today to do the actual installation of the heater and they were as warm and wonderful as the rest of the company has been. The main part of the company texted an estimated arrival time and pictures of them ahead of time so we knew who to expect. I thought this was not only thoughtful but also such a great safety strategy it blew me away. They were efficient and thoughtful of our home but as life happens a piece did break and had to retrieve it from the Springs. Eduardo stayed to complete everything and when Carlos returned it was done in 20 minutes. I hate to think that since we live so far out that someone else’s install didn’t get done today but life happens and things break. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service, repair, or replacement. Upstanding company so far with upstanding people in the field that care about your home and family. I would also like to add that with us being in Florissant most companies having to retrieve a part, would have said that it will be completed tomorrow instead of making the 3 hour round trip and completing the job today. Just outstanding service!!
