I have been a resident of Colorado Springs for many years and have used at least a dozen carpet cleaning companies. Steve at Heaven's Best was by far the best. He was on time, courteous (I think Heaven's Best wrote the book on customer service!), the price was exactly what he said on the phone and the work was superior. I would highly recommend Heaven's Best carpet cleaning of Colorado Springs to everyone I know. You won't be disappointed.

Jeff came early to clean our carpet. Introduced himself. Very nice guy. Got right to work. He vacuumed the carpet very well. He used a carpet buffer to clean our carpet. I was amazed how good it cleaned it. The carpet dried less than an hour. Left our carpet and house smelling very nice. We liked Jeff. We'll always use heavens best carpet cleaning. Two guys from Heaven's Best came by today to clean my investment property after two tenants with two dogs moved out. Very friendly and professional, explained their process and got to work. All done in a little over an hour for a 1,000 sq ft townhome. I was very impressed and will hire them again!

The technician from Heaven's Best was very friendly and professional. The job took the time he estimated, the price is also what he quoted me over the phone (actually $10 less), and it looks great. It only takes 1 hour to dry, it was quiet, and there was absolutely no smell. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids so I wanted something with little or no smell/ harmful chemicals. I also believe in supporting a Veteran owned business!

Great work on my rental property. Carpets look as good as new! Dry in an hour is an absolute plus! Jeff was able to get out stains that had been there for years that the steam guys with the trucks couldn't budge. I can't recommend these guys enough. Heaven's Best really is the best!

Great experience. This company is very fair. They dont take advantage of their customers. I will definitely use them again to clean my carpet. This was not a rip off. I could tell that Josh did his absolute best to clean our carpet.

Heavens best did a great job on our carpet. We recently got a puppy and have been trying to potty train him. Heaven's best was able to clean our carpets and have them smelling wonderful. They are very affordable and great company. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

My husband and I were PCSing from the Army and therefore were moving out of our apartment. We called this company and had someone out within two days due to moving out so soon. We had Joe come out and he was awesome! Super professional, kind and still outgoing. He did an incredible job and even gave us some information on carpet care. Shortly after we moved out we had our apartment complex call and say that there was still a “smell” so I called back and had another staff from heavens best carpet cleaning go back out there a second time without hesitation. I also received a call from them with updates on conversations with the property manager that were super helpful in figuring out that the carpet had been fine and that instead the complex was trying to take our deposit. I now understand why they continue to receive 5 star reviews and are now receiving another. Customer service is stellar as well as the job performance.

Fantastic job! They were on time for the appointment and right at the price I was quoted over the phone. This was my first time getting my carpet cleaned by Heaven's Best but it won't be my last. Before, when I'd have my carpet done by a steam company, there was always a musty smell after they were finished. Now, my carpet is clean! After this experience, I will never let anyone soak my carpet with water and who knows what?!

Excellent service and rates. I bought a new home with dirty carpet. Jeff was very courteous and arrived on time (early). The carpet dried quickly and he removed the stains. Best part is that natural/safe cleaners were used. I would recommend Jeff and his operation confidently.

We just purchased a new home and the carpets needed some attention. While in the closing room and discussing the need to have the carpets cleaned, I was handed a card for Jeff Hetherington. As soon as we left closing, I contacted Jeff. He was at our home within 3 hours cleaning the carpets in the entire home so we could get moved in asap. Pricing was very affordable. Jeff was very friendly and responsive to our questions as well as giving advice and guidance on problem areas. I would recommend this company to anyone needing services. They were prompt and did a great job on carpets but had to return to finish the grout cleaning. Christian, who cleaned our carpets, was very pleasant and easy to work with.
We paid cash in order to get percentage off but as yet, we have on received an invoice showing the amount we paid. I have ask for it and also my husband has asked. This company came from Colorado Springs and I understand pueblo is not in their territory so am wondering if that is why we have not received invoice.

Jeff did an amazing job on both our hardwood and carpeted floors. When we bought the house the carpets looked pretty sad but after the cleaning they looked brand new! Even after all the moving traffic all our floors look great. Professional, on time and friendly. I would definitely recommend Jeff at heaven's best!

My husband and I just purchased a home that was sold “as is” because it was a foreclosure. My house is about 3000 sq ft and I needed every bit of my carpet cleaned. I knew it was bad, but oh my goodness the carpets were absolutely disgusting!!! Jeff and his colleague (I believe his name was Josh or Joe. Please forgive me!) were exceptional!!!! They cleaned the carpet in the entire house, and it was dry in an hour. They were friendly, professional, thorough, and their price was sooooo good. They don’t nickel and dime you and I truly appreciate it. If I could give them a rating higher than 5, I would. I’d recommend Heaven’s Best to anyone in need of service.
