I highly recommend Heaven's Best. They were easy to schedule and very responsive. Christian, who cleaned my carpets, was punctual and awesome to work with. He walked through each room with me, identified problem spots and explained what he'd be doing. He did a great job snd the carpets look great!

I highly recommend this company. My rugs were pretty bad and they came out amazing!

We are a military family and have moved multiple places in the Springs. When I first met Jeff, the owner of the company, he had three trucks and did a lot of the jobs and the scheduling was done by his wife. Now, they are a bigger company, but haven't lost the small business charm. Each year we were moving into a new rental and we called the best, Heaven's Best! Each time, during the check out, the managers mentioned how great the carpet looked. They have worked with me over the last three years and I would highly recommend their service.

We just had our carpets and couches cleaned by Heaven's Best and I am beyond happy with them. I have had carpets professionally cleaned a few times by other businesses before, and never had carpets look as good as they do now. Everything looks brand new and the house smells fresh. I feel like they go above and beyond to do an outstanding job. As an added bonus, they were incredibly nice, efficient and the pricing was beyond fair. I will absolutely be using them again.

Truly a 5 star company! They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and when completed, they literally looked brand new (our carpeting is 9 years old). And it's true what they say, completely dry in 1 hour. We actually had contemplated changing out our carpeting but a good friend of ours recommended we try Heaven's Best first, and we're so glad we did. They are extremely professional, polite, and very careful with your home. We highly recommend this carpet cleaning service- they are without a doubt the very best in the business!

I cannot say enough good things about Heaven's Best and the owner, Jeff! My carpets were in desperate need of cleaning despite the fact we don't wear shoes in the house. I had run an errand, and when I came back, I saw the truck in my neighborhood, so I stopped and asked that if they had time when they were done if they'd mind popping over to our house and get me a quote. The price was great! They were on time and did a PHENOMENAL job getting the carpets cleaned and the track paths eliminated! I've used other carpet cleaning services in the past, and they didn't do near the great job that Heaven's Best did with the track marks showing within a week again. So far so good with Heaven's Best! The fact that their products are pet/child safe made a huge difference for us and the carpets dried faster than ever too! Thanks, Jeff! You have us a customer for life!

Heavens best carpet is phenomenal ! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get scheduled for a week or 2 at the very least and it was urgent. But they were able to get me in their schedule very quickly and for a great price too ! Christian the technician was super nice and did a great job cleaning my carpets !! (which were not in the greatest shape) I 100% recommend them to all my family and friends

Christian did an amazing job. From the courtesy appointment reminder until he finished his work. Very professional and thorough. Whatever Heaven's best uses to clean carpets leave the house smelling clean and fresh! I would recommend anyone looking to get their carpets clean to get Heaven's Best service.

Darian did a great job on my upstairs carpet and stairs. He even cleaned the baseboards where my dogs had gone. I'm very impressed with him. He worked so hard he was dripping in sweat when he was done. I would definitely have Darian do my carpets again. (The guy that did the basement... not so much.)

Got us in last minute, very kind, fast service, and THEE MOST affordable. Our carpets look almost new, after previous owners had it well lived on with pets. Would use again and would recommend!! So happy I found this place.

Jeff came on short notice and did a great job, including two flights of carpeted stairs. See before and after pics in for one particularly nasty spot he took care of. Highly recommended.

Not sure what happened. So excited to find this company. But the guys did a quick drive through and left. I asked about the spots still on the floor and they said they were done. Did not offer to go over it again , they said they were finished and no problem because they were leaving and it would be dry in an hour. They had a class at 1 pm...it wasn’t even 11:30. So disappointed!!

One of our pups had an accident on our carpet, and despite our best efforts with our own carpet cleaner, we couldn’t fully get it out. After they worked their magic, the carpet looked and smelled as good as new! On top of that, their prices were very affordable. My carpets came out well but the guy used my laundry detergent pod container to fill his tank without asking me and then put the pods back in it while still wet and ruined all of my laundry pods. He also added enzymes to both rooms when I only asked for one room, almost doubling the price, which i wasn't informed of until after it was done. My carpets came out smelling very nice and clean, but I will be going with a different company next month.

Heaven’s Best sends carpet angels to work miracles! I was fighting a battle with cat urine in my new carpets and I was losing! I was actually told by another company that my carpets were stained beyond repair after they had come to clean them and left my carpets so wet that a mildew smell developed and new dark brown stains formed. It was like all of the urine came to the surface and sat there, making the carpets so much worse than before the “cleaning” done. I was hardly able to stand being in my own home and was devastated that my bedroom, living room and closet were unbearable to look at or smell.

I called Heaven’s Best and you can see why this is the only 5 star carpet cleaning company in the springs! My carpets look new again - no stains and the smell is so much better! My experience with this company has been delightful. Jeff has a kind and very friendly demeanor and a meticulous technique that honestly did turn my carpets completely around. He has earned my trust and 10/10 my enthusiastic recommendation!
