Ike and Jonathan were very good at explaining to me about what they were doing and why they did what they did. They were very respectful to me and my property. They were able to let me know what I needed to do with the trees and didn't try to sale me stuff to try and make the trees survive longer, but told me what I needed for them. They came in and did all 3 trees and I had to leave to go to a appointment and when I returned they had finished the job and left. But other than the trees looking different you couldn't tell that they had been there. Everything was cleaned up and looked better than before they started. Again thanks again for the great help with my trees Ike and Jonathan from Gilbert's tree and landscape. I would also like to thank the secretary Brenda for always taking the time to contact me and let me know what was going on even when it came to letting me know that they had ran into problems and would be able to get there because of the weather and safety concerns for the guys. I really appreciate that I know that allot of people would be very upset. But when it comes to the safety of your personal and making sure that they get home after work that means more to me than sending them out and getting hurt because of a customer that doesn't care. Thanks again Brenda, Ike and Jonathan for the professional job you have done.

Gilberts tree service was responsive and quick to be able to trim the tree we had damaged from the May snow storm. They were polite and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my tree. I have had the tree worked on before by a competitor and the work Gilberts did was a better job than what I've had done in the past. I will be recommending them to my in-laws who also need some work done.

I am thrilled with the job that Gilbert’s crew did! I had 2 trees removed and the stumps ground down as well as some stumps removed from an old evergreen fence.
We got off to a rocky start with some scheduling issues and equipment malfunction. Oh, and some weather that was less than pleasant. These challenges caused the job to take longer than anticipated which was frustrating since I have a baby due any day now. Boy did they make up for it! They went above and beyond. John worked hard to fit me into their busy schedule when the job needed more time to complete. They even removed some railroad ties next to the old fence line that were an eyesore and need to be replaced. That saved my husband and I some backache.
I really appreciated the professionalism that the lead tech showed. He got straight to work and cleaned up after himself well. Everyone that came on our property were courteous and friendly and their prices are extremely fair. I truly felt taken care of.

We hired Gilbert's tree & Landscape to remove some large trees, one was near power lines. These guys were very professional, hard working and got the job done safely and efficiently. They picked up all the trunk and branches and did an excellent clean up too. They are highly recommended. They exceeded our expectations and we made the right choice.

I had 5 large trees that were over growing into my yard and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this company over all the others to trim them down. From scheduling to completion, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure the work was done promptly and as I requested. Upon meeting for the estimate, they also took the time to explain how cutting one of trees too far back might harm the tree or put it in shock, something I didn’t even think about. I loved that they were not only there to do the job I asked but they actually cared about the tree itself, such a display of integrity. The trees turned out beautifully and everything was cleaned up as if no one was even there. Thank you for your level of professionalism. I will never use anyone else!

The crew at Gilberts were great to work with, they were open to ideas and thoughts with positive and respectful feedback. Very courteous, and knowledgable, Luis and John went that extra mile even before I asked them. I Would gladly recommend them to anyone needing any tree work, landscaping fence repair or rebuild. The crew showed up on time and sought my input throughout the trimming process, just to make sure I was happy. They did a thorough job cleaning up. I've used Gilbert's a couple of times in the past. They are knowledgeable and care about the health of your trees. Also, some services just hack away while trimming, but the Gilbert's crew takes care to shape the trees nicely. I'll definitely call them again.

I hired Gilbert's to cut down some trees in my backyard, big Elms that were out of control. Andre came and gave me an estimate, he was very kind and on time. Very far priced!! I called to schedule my job and Brenda in the office was very kind and easy to talk with very pleasant. I wasn't home at time of the job but Johnathon and JP the Arborist called me on arrival to go over what work was being done. They cut and cleaned up after themselves and stacked the wood very nicely in my backyard, I kept the wood. They cut everything down exactly as to what me and Johnathon talked about. Johnathon even called me to let me know they were done with the job.
I was very satisfied with the work that was preformed at my house and I have plenty of neighbor who needs trees cut and I would recommend Gilbert's to them!!

Gilbert Tree Service did an excellent job at a good price. Brenda kept me informed as weather delayed the job approximately one week. Luis had the most difficult task as the tree in the backyard could only be accessed by climbing. He did an outstanding job trimming and shaping the Locust with his hand saw. John trimmed shaped the Lyndon in the front yard as best as he could. Another tree (previously removed) had encroached on it and caused it to be lopsided. It will take a few more years and a couple more trimmings to recover it's natural shape.
I would definitely use this company again. Great service, fair price.

In a time when reliable and honest contractors are hard to find, Gilbert's Tree and Landscape, Inc. was everything I hoped for. They were prompt, honored their estimate, and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They were also very reasonable with their fee. I will definitely be using them in the future and referring them to my real estate clients as needed.

I have used Gilbert's Tree & Landscape service twice now and will always use them from now on. They gave me a very reasonable quote and were on time and did a professional and safe job. They treated my trees for disease that was turning them brown at the top and they took down several large limbs and tree's. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Great service, great company.

I had such a good experience w the professional people at Gilbert’s. Brenda and Andre were so friendly. Jonathan and his team did such great working on our elm. The team was easy to work with and so practical. I will use them again.

Gilbert Tree service was on my street doing work on a neighbors house. I decided to see what an estimate was to trim or remove a 50ft cottonwood tree that had sustained major damage after a very wet snowstorm in the spring of 2019. Jonathan, came by and gave me a price that was very do-able. He told me to call the office the next day to get it scheduled. To my surprise the very next day, returning from work, there his team was dispatching that unsightly tree. He did clear it with the wife before starting, I have no issues with that. We did discuss the stump grinding or not. I opted to not have it ground down. Today, June 3rd I see a Gilbert truck in front of the stump. I gave them permission to do the work. Again, not an issue. Very satisfied is an understatement. Jonathan and his crew were great. And Jonathan is definitely a very valued employee of Gilbert Tree service. He is proud to work there and complete challenging tasks. Superb! Will call them again for tree service. Ps..Google doesn't spell my name right, but I know who I am.

Great job by Gilbert's. A few hiccups in the beginning but Brenda went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The employees were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They cleaned up our yard and our neighbors yard. The pricing was fair for all. Would I use Gilbert's again? Definitely!!!

Be sure to get your name on one of Ms. Brenda’s sticky notes! :) With patience and persistence we had great success with Gilbert’s. The young men who competed the tree removal were very professional and communicative. They addressed the homeowner needs safely and effectively, and we’re very considerate of the neighbor’s children playing outside. On top of that, they did a fantastic job cleaning up the surrounding area of broken branches and debris. I would recommend Gilbert’s team to my friends and family for your property’s yard maintenance issues any day.

Needed a tree and stump removal done in my yard and these guys did an outstanding job! They were on time and efficient. Miss Brenda showed great customer services. She made sure everything that I wanted done got done. Definitely will be using Gilbert's for my fence job and upcoming landscaping job as well. These guys are fantastic!! We use them anytime we have had to remove or trim trees. Just recently had them come out for some landscaping and as usual they made my yard look absolutely beautiful. Gilbert's has done several jobs for my construction business and for me personally. They have been professional, on time, and their field crews know their job! They did a wonderful job on an older tree at my house, and removed all trimmings and cleaned up perfectly, leaving no sign of their work other than the nicely trimmed tree and some sawdust! I have used Gilbert's for several years now. They work with my budget and let me schedule work in parts and are very friendly. Clean up is so good I sometimes don't realize they were here. We had a bit of confusion over the quote not being in their system but they were pleasant and worked with me and the workers made sure to double check before they began working. I feel that they are fair and reasonable and they do great work!

This is the second time I've used Gilbert's for tree removal services. Danny handled both of them. They are incredibly detailed and friendly. They take the time to go over options and make sure you are aware of your choices before making any. Very polite and professional. Non-pushy to boot! I will be using Gilbert's if I ever have another tree issue.
