I had the opportunity to hire Alan, from Superior Construction & Renovations company, for several home repair projects, He was responsive, able to accommodate my schedule, and provided options and estimates quickly. He worked meticulously to install lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, front security screen door and a new laundry duct. Additionally, he did a great job with my bathroom tear-down and remodel, to include installing ceramic shower wall tiles and porcelain bathroom floor tiles. Alan honored the cost(s) quoted and my bathroom looks wonderful, and much bigger which I am pleased about. Alan communicated with me frequently to ensure that I was satisfied as he progressed through the project(s). All projects Alan was hired to do were completed well and in a timely, professional manner; he was also patient to explain and/or answer questions I had along the way. I was very pleased with Alan’s work and work ethic and plan to use him on future house maintenance, construction and remodel projects as well.

Superior did an amazing job remodeling my unfinished basement! They handled everything — electrical work, plumbing, drywall finish, flooring and paint — and it all came out perfect. The space feels completely new, and they finished everything in great time. They were super responsive, open to any changes I had, and made the whole process stress-free. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience working with Superior Construction on a full remodel of our condo. From day one, their professionalism, knowledge, and communication set them apart from other contractors we’ve worked with in the past.

The project stayed on schedule, which is rare in renovations, especially for a full remodel. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. When changes came up, the change order process was more than reasonable and handled fairly and transparently.

What really stood out was how they dealt with surprises. Instead of being the “classic” general contractor who looks for every opportunity to issue a change order, Superior Construction handled unexpected items without nickel and diming us. They were solution-oriented, honest, and focused on doing the job right rather than padding the bill.

Had 4 rooms that needed paint badly, 2 guys had them done in 1day. They worked really hard and they did a great job.

J&J were phenomenal! We had them paint our entire exterior of our walkout ranch home including our garage doors. This was a difficult project with uneven terrain, multiple roof lines and covered decks, and old trim and stucco. They did an outstanding job at cleaning and patching everything before-hand, dealt gracefully with us as we waffled on paint colors, and they were perfectionists throughout. They gave us blue tape to walk the property after they were done and mark anything amiss and we found nothing -- incredible. Highly recommend this dedicated team!

Had other estimates and went with this company. Job is a local and doesn't come off as a salesman at estimates. We also appreciate his promptness when we needed to change the color after realizing the one originally chosen wasn't ideal.

Job and his crew were great! They came when they said they would and finished on time. When I called for a few touch ups- and an extra small project- Job was quickly responsive and had his crew back over within a week. I really appreciated his kind and friendly and knowledgeable manner. Would use them again for sure!

I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could. From the moment of contact, their responsiveness and consideration of my questions was handled professionally and efficiently.

We painted a home theater and I asked Job a number of times for his advice on color choice and the layering of paint.

The price was fair and the results exceeded my expectations. They stayed longer to add an additional two coats of theater red to give the polished look it deserved.
