Constraction reviews in Commerce City, Colorado

Horribly rude, disruptive and inconsiderate to our neighborhood! These "workers" have blocked both sides of our street, two blocks in length, for WELL over two weeks. Our neighborhood consist of mostly mature to retired, working class. We commonly have aged cars parked because people are unable to afford repair but are now faced with the threat of being towed because this company is dragging out an operation that they CLEARLY are milking! Sad.

These less than skilled "workers" slammed through the stamped concrete of my home after they said they wouldn't while updating a gas line on my property. Only afterwards, after i asked, was it explained to me that there were other alternatives. They also left the old, contaminated gasline on my property, other bits of the old gas meter and paint markings.

That was 3 months ago and I'm still trying to get them to fix the damage and mess they left behind.

Great experience from the front office team on the coordination and logistics planning with Xcel Energy to the project work. The removal and relocation of the new gas meter from inside our basement went perfectly. Professional and courteous team.

What started as a simple street repair, led to 3 months of closed off street parking, a gaping hole in the street and construction signs littering the neighborhood.

After several calls and countless promises to patch the large hole in our street and clean up the equipment these lazy workers have yet to do anything. The definition of a terrible company taking full advantage of Denver city contracts.

One of the absolute worst company’s I have ever had to deal with. They don’t provide a portable restroom for their workers (my yard was their bathroom) they damaged my property, my sidewalk and left cigarettes all over the place. I’m surprised this company gets contracted for jobs. The work quality is overall extremely poor. I would say this is the most unethical company I have come across throughout my entire life. Q3 Contracting (PSC) is overall a sloppy and unprofessional company and does not take responsibility for their actions.

We have had our lawn torn up for several months by Xcel due to a gas leak. Finally got it repaired and was told that Xcel would be contracting the landscaping out and that they would be working on it for several days.

Cesar and his crew showed up by 8 and finished the entire job by 4. We couldn't be more happy with the results. They were thorough, timely, conscientious and left us with gorgeous results. Thanks to this great team! Great job !

Horrible company. Incapable of completing construction projects on time, and even in twice the projected time. Does not clean up work sites. Leaves dangerous debris in the road. Leaves garbage in yards and makes rude comments to passers by. Claims to be accessible 24 hours/ day but the phone goes unanswered.

Apparently their drivers being extremely reckless is a trend. I watched one of their trucks in Denver nearly hit a vehicle and then continue to block their way on purpose while antagonizing the driver. Pretty embarrassing for this organization to have people driving around in their trucks acting this way.

Most of these positive and happy go-lucky reviews are probably employees. They cost Xcel millions, and I literally mean millions, of dollars for negligence. Their procedures for move outs (moving a gas meter from inside to outside of a residence) made them and their contractors go almost a full 12 months without funding because they f**k up so bad. They aren't customer service so their rude demeanor is unfortunate but not necessarily unacceptable. What IS unacceptable is every single bit of management with in the company. Blowing up a welder or a new employee. Endangering sub contractor because of shity management. The detailed reviews are what people should pay attention to. This isn't McDonald's people, don't looks at the 3.6 because it's flooded with encouraged employee review. It'd be a 2 AT BEST with honest and unbiased reviews. Hopefully Xcel doesn't renew their contract because its unfortunate to lose millions due to criminal negligence or any other negligence which Q3 has obviously shown.

Pretty lame group. They leave their tools, and equipment all over the neighborhoods, have zero respect for property, never pick up their trash, do not respond to emails...the list goes on. Its a joke to watch them work, 15 trucks, everyone on their phones, 2 guys working and even that is questionable. XCEL is getting ripped off, and that's saying something because xcel is usually the one ripping people off.

This guy smoking in my back yard. Throwing his disgusting cigarette butts down where my children play. All your guys trampling through my front yard like it's yours is a serious problem.

They tore up my front yard doing work for City of Fort Collins relocating electrical lines. Did not even leave notice it was going to be done. After word I had to track the company down and for 6 weeks had to call repeatedly. Today someone did come layed 3 strips of DEAD sod and left. I have tire tracks in my yard and patch of pea gravel where they dug another whole. Grass does not grow in pea gravel!

I had an interaction with a truck bearing “Q3 contractors” on it, along with some road signs in the back - almost caused an accident driving recklessly this evening heading East on highway 66/Ute. I have the license plate but won’t post it here. This was today (916/19) around 7:35 PM, and they were behind me on this road with only one lane each direction. They drove too close to me at first and then as a turn-only lane opened up beside me they took it and suddenly drove insanely fast to pass me in this right turn only lane (could have caused accident #1), they drove thru the turn intersection going straight still (could have caused an accident #2). They then got in my lane as that area ended and still had another car in front of them, which they proceeded to tailgate and then later tried to do the same dangerous maneuver of using a turn-only lane to pass that car but had to yank back in our lane (could have caused an accident #3), as there was a vehicle there already in front. Luckily for me I got to then exit 66 onto 287 and have no more interaction with this bad driver. You should seriously look into this as this could have caused several accidents and this person is dangerous. They freaked me out tailgating and passing me like that! This represents your company? And I see I’m not the only person to resort to this method to tell you about it since your websites contact form doesn’t work. You all have a major problem you need to address!

This company is a public nuisance. Their gas line vacuuming operations in the Denver area are creating unacceptable noise pollution at all hours of the night. It’s time to let the public utilities commission know residents will not stand for this ( they are a contractor for Xcel energy who obviously has no regard for for the public’s wellbeing)

This company has issues with drivers. A woman in their company vehicle attempted to use the merge lane to cut off a bunch of other people and a semi, something I'm sure their own drivers experience and find blatantly rude. Why does your company employ people willing to present your company in such a negative light to a large amount of others by using your company logo and driving around like a maniac. I'd compare it to allowing employees to behave rudely to people while wearing shirts with your logo on it, but after reading some reviews here, it appears to allow that too.

On my way to work this morning (Apr.4,19) your employee in your business car 050204, would not move into the empty lane next to him to allow merging cars in not only that but when I slowed down to go behind him he saw me and slammed the breaks to a complete stop almost creating an intentional accident if it wasn’t for Me being aware of his road aggression My family and I would probably be in the hospital right now. This aggressive person is representing your company to the community and had no shame in creating a dangerous situation under your title.

I was harassed on the road by one of the drivers. I had plenty of room to change lanes, turned on my signal, got over, and waved a thanks. The driver honked his horn and I was surprised to see he was mad and flipping me off. As I got in the left turning lane he was flipping me off, yelling obscenities, and rapidly accelerating. If one of your drivers has such. an anger issue he should not be behind the wheel. I called to report this to the Denver office and the man told me that there are too many trucks out for him to know or track with GPS who it was, even though it just happened and I was giving him cross streets. He said he was unable to help me because I did not get a truck number. When he started to raise his voice I hung up and left a message on the corporate line. When trying to call this company I phoned a different PSC company and he said that he gets complaint calls all the time for them.

This company did some road work on a residential street and has left their parking cones in the street for over 6 months now basically leaving them as litter. Company has been contacted to pick them up and they never did.

Company’s truck is parked on my business property without asking for permission and blocking the material on my business property. The truck is apparently on without no supervision. Not professional at all.

This is hardly even a real company. They're a subsidiary of Primoris Services Corporation, and it's impossible to contact either of them. The phone number on this sign is dead, and their website won't let me submit anything either. They blocked my driveway and garage with no warning whatsoever which is absolutely inconsiderate. Thankfully my car was not in the garage at the time, otherwise I wouldn't be able to leave. At the very least I was able to get a hold of Xcel and lodge my complaints, but this monopoly on energy services has to end.

Saturday October 15th, 2022 about 8:15 a.m. I was just traveling on westbound 6th avenue behind one of your trucks. I was in the far left lane, the truck was in the middle lane. I'm very thankful I wasn't following too close.
A large piece of construction hazard equipment fell off. Then slid backwards a couple hundred feet. It was about the size of a car, metal, with orange striping. Several cars had to act quickly to not get hit, or have a serious accident.
I'm certain the driver is aware of what happened because he switched to the far right lane, slammed on his brakes, looked in the mirror, and then sped off. It was also really loud. I don't know what your protocol is for situations like this. I know accidents happen but...
Obviously things were not secured to the truck properly....or he should have turned on his hazards and stopped, until someone could move it out of the road.
I was moving too fast to get a picture of the piece of the equipment in the middle of the road (it happened really fast). I switched lanes and got the license plate of the truck. Plate # DFR-139. ??? Thanks
