It's hard to find good customer service anymore. Every business is all about money and profit. They will tell you anything to get you to agree to do business with them. Once they get your business, customer service suddenly disappears. This is why it's so hard to trust anyone anymore.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this company. Bryce is the field rep/project manager who sold me the services. He talked a good game and appeared to really care about us and offered to help us through the end with resources to put our carpet back together after it dried and everything. I was very excited as a first time customer because he seemed so genuine. Once they picked up the fans however, Bryce stopped responding to our calls and messages. With Bryce having been in the military I would have expected his character to be and remain top tier. That was not the case.

What does that tell me? It tells me this company will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you to use their services with no intention of following through.

Little do they know, I would have been a life long customer.

I've literally been left hanging. Don't promise resources if you have no intention of providing them. I was depending on those resources. I trusted Bryce.

If you are looking for great customer service, you won't get it from anyone at this company Including Adam! Bryce! Art! Kit! And definitely not the branch manager Spencer!

We had water damage after a water pipe broke. We called Servpro and they quickly set up a drying process. Dominic, Quinn and Spencer were very thorough, answered all of our questions and concerns and were very knowledgeable. They even helped us find a contractor to replace our flooring. I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

The experience we had with Dominic and the ServPro team was excellent. We had a burst pipe, so needed action fast. They were extremely communicative, collaborative and efficient and would absolutely work with them again

This is a review for Dominic. He can out to asses some water damage at my property and did a fantastic job. No pressure to actually start services just awesome information on how everything should be mitigated. Super grateful for his expertise and knowledge and kindness!

Accidentally flooded the basement and had amazing communication and service. Dominic and Juan did a great job checking on the progress each day and moving everything forward quickly. Very professional!

The Servpro team that assist us with the leak/flood at our home was fantastic! Adam & Mitchell, first on site, were helpful as a first line of defense, and then Dominick and his crew were EXCEPTIONAL! Dominick communicated everything regularly and in general went above & beyond to assuage any concerns we had. I am eternally grateful!

I had them come to my home for odor remediation. During the initial visit the serviceman told me there was a $250 service call fee that was not disclosed during the call setting up service. The serviceman informed me of this fee when I asked. I decided to have him look at the situation to hear what the charge would be for removing the odor from the basement and living area. The serviceman gave me a quote per fan per day that could be set in the basement to remove the odor. I determined that the price he quoted for the fans plus the service fee would be a total charge my budget could handle. A week later I received an invoice for $350 more than the price the serviceman had quoted. This invoice also contained 2 line charges that were never mentioned to me. When a serviceman gives you a quote, you believe he is speaking for the company. Not so in this situation. The serviceman quotes apparently are not honored by the company. I had budgeted the funds for the price quoted. I do not have the funds in my budget to pay the invoice that includes items not disclosed to me. Think carefully before you use the services of this company. Ask a lot of questions!!!

Luis’s crew and Kit: Did a fine job for us. Luis explained what was happening and what to expect all along the way. Very considerate and cleaned up nicely when through.

Use at your own risk. I had Servpro of Commerce City come out and demo my bathroom. Their crew left behind some drying equipment and was incredibly difficult to get in touch with. Ultimately they ended up ghosting me three different days in a row, which then ended up with a different crew picking up the equipment.
After multiple attempts of trying to get their reconstruction team to reply to literally any email for about a month I gave one last ditch effort to try and get some sort of commitment. What ended up happening instead was the person who answered the phone ended up hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a project manager.
Highly unprofessional and a level of incompetence that is difficult to put into words.

Service Pro came to our building after a fire sprinkler line broke and water went everywhere. They showed up incredibly fast and got right to work. Huge shout-out to Luis, Jesus, Angelo, Ruben, Alex T., Alex U., and Jhon — you guys were amazing. They were professional, friendly, and took care of everything from start to finish.

The demo team led by Dominic was a fantastic help at the main boulder public library after a recent significant basement flood! The team worked quickly and cooperatively with other contractors and our staff, maintained a high-level of cleanliness as they removed damaged dry wall and insulation. They were all very professional and did only what was necessary to ensure our workspaces would be healthy and safe for our staff. Dominic and Kit (customer experience manager) kept me informed with daily progress reports. I knew what they were doing every step of the way so I could inform staff and keep our processes going. Highly recommend this team! Will definitely call them again if we need their services.

Interestingly enough - this is not Mr Moss. I am an employee at a business that used your services in the past. I recommended you to my son in law who has had nothing but headaches from you. I am utterly embarrassed not only for recommending you but for you as an organization. All he has heard is silence and excuses. It’s sad when a business only responds after receiving a negative review.

Terrible service! I referred to this company because we used them in our business. We will no longer be using them or referring as they have demonstrated poor communication and even worse customer service. How can you leave a project undone for 2 months and not communicate with anyone. I have never been more disappointed in a company that I used to have a lot of respect for. So glad we decided to change our vendor.

Having never had to put a claim in for homeowners insurance, I was at a loss when I had a leak in my plumbing. Robert took care of all the back and forth with the insurance and explained how it all worked.
The mitigation was taken care of right away, and then the reconstruction of my shower took place soon after and was completed efficiently and professionally.
I would recommend Robert and Rainbow for any kind of restoration you need.

I interviewed 3 companies for the job - mold mitigation in a ceiling and replacement of the shower above. Bob's contracting background really set him apart from the competition, the rest of which consisted of some random estimator who just tried to make the job as wide in scope as possible to pump up the price.

Bob was very communicative and professional throughout the process, which was completed in a timely manner. His contractors were also very professional and pleasant. We are very pleased with the final product!
