My experience was that I was taken advantage of. I had an issue connecting my dishwasher and garbage disposal as it was BEFORE I bought a new dishwasher. My electrician sent by this company was stumped/stuck/befuddled. "Do you mind plugging in and taking out your disposal plug each time you need to use it?" Uhhhh no thank you. "Why don't I pull out the dishwasher and see what we see." Lo and behold, that was the fix - wires buried behind the dishwasher. A stumped electrician with my suggestion costs $240. That wasn't the visit. That wasn't the equipment. $240 for "troubleshooting". MY TROUBLESHOOTING. When I called to point out the ridiculous nature of this troubleshooting fee I was offered $10. I laughed and said, "I'll never use your company and I'll never refer you to anyone and I'll leave a bad review." What did I get? "Have a great day!" In this day and age this isn't how you treat a customer. Little does CO Electric know but I have 4 jobs in the queue for electrician services at my rentals...they're not getting those. They gave up thousands to be a jerk over $240 - which was ridiculous "troubleshooting" that I DID!

I appreciate how quickly Peter was able to come review the work needing be done and to provide a quote. The crew was scheduled very quickly as well, were communicative and pleasant during the job, and did great work! The only slight negative was the many little strips of wire sheaths left around the work area, but it was around mulch which made the plastic hard to see.

Our technician was the nicest guy! He gave us more information than by far was required of his job description! The quote was better than anything we had received from other companies as well
