We would like to report that we have been the victim of a scam involving the company ARRCON Electric Inc. and Mr. Reagan Redd.

Mr. Redd requested a refund after the product had already been shipped. We clearly informed him that the item would need to be returned in order to process a refund. Instead of returning the product, he proceeded to initiate a chargeback through his bank.

This company is absolutely not trustworthy, and Mr. Redd has acted dishonestly in this transaction. We strongly advise caution to anyone considering doing business with ARRCON Electric Inc.

Be very careful if you are dealing with this company.

Just had the best experience with MCCARRICK ELECTRIC. My stove’s outlet short circuited and fried one of the prongs on the stove’s cord. Which means we would’ve had no stove for Thanksgiving in time. Kevin is my superhero! He called me back right away to set an appointment. He drove a long way just to get to Castle Rock to help me. The best part is he saw all the issues that required fixing and he fixed them on the spot including some other issues that we were not aware of. I am so grateful for Kevin. I live in a house with 100 year-old wiring and had a switch that was tripping a breaker. They had the situation fixed right away, and while they were here they did some checking for anything else. Definitely recommend!
