I've not used their service, but I definitely don't appreciate their trucks dumping in our Dumpster at our warehouse. Super unprofessional. Truck #111. We have a very limited amount of space, so any unauthorized disposal in our Dumpster makes our warehouse staff struggle.

Their work is one thing… but, like most typical city workers, I see a bunch of people standing around, milking the clock. I sure hope that the property owners are paying you guys to just stand around, and watch only TWO other guys actually doing some work. There’s a red flag, if I’ve ever seen one.

DCPS is a great company to work with. April May is amazing as well as Andrew Denker. They are quick to respond and explain everything in detail very clearly. They address all inquiries with positive attitudes and their customer service level is superior. The work they perform is always exceptional and top notch. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. They came on-site to do work at the apartment complex I live at in Denver a few months ago. They did almost $5,000 in damage to my vehicle, and addition to several others, and refuse to process any claims because they claim I don't have enough evidence to prove it was them. Avoid them at all costs.

Does not follow city ordinances. Will run leaf blowers loudy during city quiet hours 10pm-7am.

They were running blowers against my apartment at midnight and 5 am.

In Denver, noise is generally prohibited from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. in residential and adjacent business districts. There are specific updates to the noise ordinance, such as allowing construction to start as early as 7 a.m. on weekdays, and waste services to begin at 6 a.m.

They give zero care about these restrictions and the community.

Our Granville Townhomes HOA has had DCPS help us out for the past two years on resurfacing and sealing all our asphalt, striping our parking spaces, painting our fire lanes and fixing our many wheel stops. This year's part of the 5-year project in total was particularly remarkable in that it really raised the bar on how the whole community looks with sealing, striping and painting. It looks and feels like we've had a huge "face lift" as it were. As a member of the board, Leo and his crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They communicated very effectively with us, they had tow trucks on hand to move vehicles, their crews worked long hours to ensure each section of the project was completed as planned, and they responded so quickly to any homeowner/board/mgmt company feedback. They even gave us a new map of the community with all parking spaces noted on it for future projects. I'm super pleased with how this project has gone and am very much looking forward to the next three years' worth of projects to come.

Mike and his team at DCPS were hired by my HOA to resolve a leak project that has been ongoing for several years. They initially did a poor job caulking and had to come back out and redo everything. I then had to spend more of my time trying to coordinate with them to clean up the mess they made from the first caulking job. Today they were scheduld to come out at 10a.m and never showed. Poor work and comunication all the way through. Attached are the pictures of the initial job they did.

These people are absolutely incompetent and I will be filing a claim against this idiot who thought it was a good idea to blow dirt rocks and debris all over my parked vehicle! I have his plates and will be pursuing damages. What kind of people do you hire???? Do better!

The Frates brothers did exactly what they said they could and showed up on time. I had a very complicated large tree that needed alot of work. High risk of damaging the house and common fence I decided to hire some experts and can't be more glad that I did

Marvelous company led by Toby! During my life I have employed many arborists. Toby is the most informed and masterful (both technically and aesthetically) professional arborist I have employed. I would more than highly recommend him and his company!

Toby worked so fast and was so efficient in helping us remove trees after a severe storm. Never have I seen someone work so diligently and with such speed that it was almost like the storm never happened. Great service.

Toby and Gabe have done several projects for our school, both big and small, with impressive results every time! They have refinished our outside fences and woodwork, trimmed our trees, and renovated our back play yard. They do beautiful work and genuinely care about the finished product. They get projects done in a timely matter--often faster than predicted--and remember to follow up with all the little details. They are not only dependable, but honest and respectful. While they clearly are experts in their field, they are never condescending in their delivery. Additionally, they are enthusiastic in their approach and revel in thinking outside the box when coming up with solutions. I highly recommend them for just about any project you might have in mind!

I would definitely recommend Toby and GR8 Work Services! They did several projects in our yard this spring including tree trimming, fence repair/staining, fence removal, and design and construction of a custom rock retaining wall. Toby was a pleasure to work with. Timely and open communication. Our projects were scheduled quickly and completed exactly on time.
