Very happy with how the yard looks now. I thought I was going to need to schedule more time but they were very fast and efficient and finished early. They did extra work on the front yard as well. Will definitely use ACA again.

The crew was great, and explained what they were going to do in detail. They were very carefull not to run over any sprinklers that I had marked the night before with flags. They appreciated that I had marked them and also that I irrigated my lawn the night before to get good deep plugs. The back yard deck was also cleaned of leaves with their leaf blower which I appreciated very much. Overall very satisfied with their work.

They were easy to schedule with, polite and knowledgeable on the phone. On the day of service, there were frequent text updates to let us know when they were on their way and a tracking app when they were getting close. Hector was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They provided Sprinkler Winterization quickly and effectively. We will definitely use them again in the future!

A cut above has let me and my HOA courtyard down. Before A Cut Above Landscape this courtyard had a very lush and green lawn. But only after 2 years the grass is infested with weeds and barren with neglect. I hope this can be fixed but I am afraid that they dropped the ball last year with cutting the grass too low, no wee control and sprinkler maintenance (4 zones were off and needed to be fixed). To this year where the sprinklers haven't been turned on at all, its close to memorial day, and this courtyard lawn is about to be fully ruined. The company knows of this issue for a month and we are still in a position of not knowing when this will be fixed, hopefully before it gets too worse.

I would give 5 stars specifically to the crew with Max, Anthony, and Mario - they were hard workers, very communicative, and really did great work.

However the customer service and planning of ACA is lacking. The first crew we had come out (not the names mentioned above) were supposed to do an 8 hour clean-up of our yard (pulling weeds, trimming back overgrown perennials, etc.). They left a bunch of weeds and they ruined several perennials (i.e. taking a hedge trimmer to a rose bush instead of pruning it). Obviously dissatisfied, we contacted customer service who did apologize and give us 4 more hours of service (with the awesome crew mentioned above) which did clean up the yard nicely.

The texts they send for when the crews are going to show up have very long ranges which is very hard to plan around, especially when the crews are consistently later than the window provided.

I think overall this is a fine company to work with and we will definitely request Max’s crew again, but their management and customer service processes could use some polishing to help support their workers and customers better.

Guy is a legend. I will keep BFAM on speed dial while i own my home forever. Great prices great communication. Saved me a lot of $$ with fixing instead of replacing. And did not recommend unnecessary changes if things could be fixed. I appreciate honesty!

Ricky is definitely the real deal. I have a couple of friends that suggested that I reach out to him for a couple of outdoor ceiling fans that we needed installed. My wife had contacted someone that stopped by to look at the job. He was at our house for 10 minutes and left. I got in touch with Ricky and he took the time to see what needed to be done and it is done! Amazing and very fair! Big thanks to Ricky!

BFAM Handyman was referred to us by our roofing company to finish out lights in front of the house that accidentally were damaged while roof work was completed. Rick installed the lights and they look fabulous. He was so very careful with the lights very professional and even followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of. Rick was very easy to work with and is a great person. I don't just hire anyone to take care of needs around the house I always do my homework with folks before committing to a project and always use referrals. I will be using Rick in the future and would refer him to anyone. Rick has a great amount of experience and knowledge but he will be honest if he cannot do a project and let you know. Trust is huge for me when hiring someone and you can trust this man. Rick thanks for getting me going so I can get my Christmas Lights in this year.

I hired Mr. Rick because I needed electrical ran to attic. First off way less than electrician company, did a really clean job, didn’t leave scraps behind, fire caulked holes. Got a great deal my house didn’t burn down! Honest and fast work, glad I was able to use him before he realizes his hourly rates are low and starts charging more for his services!

Was on time and did a great job finding out what the issues were and fixing them. Very reasonable prices.

I needed some tile patched in my shower after some plumbing repairs and Andrey was fast and very reasonable. I can't even tell if the tiles were removed.

This guy does absolutely amazing work! I highly recommend him!
