They worked with me significantly in timing the appointment, allowing me to run errands, etc. They were very efficient at the sprinkler winterization.

ACA was great to work with. They showed up on time, were professional and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

These guys took care of my property. We didn't even know they were there. The communication was awesome. We got a call the night before and a call when they were on their way.

Seems fair on price. A bit higher than I normally paid last year and 2 years before. Good thing a warranty is granted should anything goes wrong. Can't wait to see if this company could fix my grasses next year.

I received a text with an arrival window, the guys showed up at their expected time, they quickly shut off the irrigation water and cleared my sprinkler lines, and went on their way. Fair price and great work.

Had mulch removed and sod installed, also converted our drip system to a sprinkler system. Guys who did the work were fabulous!! Shout out to Craig and his partner (I apologize, we wrote the names down but have misplaced it), Anthony, and Max.? Very happy, good work.

Editing my review, 8/8:
I spoke with Jonathan, part of the leadership team, and he was sympathetic to the concerns that I had for the first visit of the Cut Above coming to my home. He sent the Haas team and they were amazing! After I resolved my issue with my water pressure, the team was able to identify the problem and come up with solutions that did not require me to do it myself. Burton and Noah helped me get all of my sprinklers set up on my Rachio and made sure I had the correct coverage throughout my zones. If I run across any future issues, I will make sure to request the Haas team. Thank you, Jonahan, for your patience and you willingness to make it right.

I made an appointment for 12 PM and they ended up showing up at 8:50 AM. They only stayed for five minutes and left, but did not leave a telephone number where I could reach them to let them know that I was home. They finally came to my house ,super friendly. They took a look at the issues that I was having with my sprinkler system. Came down too having low water pressure, but there’s nothing that I can do about it. They did try to resolve the issue with fixing the main valves diaphragm, and that did not work. I asked them to fix my sprinkler heads, so that my spray was hitting the brown spots and they were not able to help me. Now, I am having to go to Home Depot and replace all the sprinkler heads because they did not have the parts to be able to help me. Not the best first impression.

Yesterday was my first day of service with ACA. The communication from ACA about service had been great. But when I got home from was concerned because the grass remained very long and there was still old/shriveled up cut grass blades on the lawn from when I mowed it six days ago, and some of the sidewalks were not blown or swept. I called the office to discuss this and apparent they were not aware that the side yard/esplanade was part of the property requiring a mow. The next morning the crew came back to the house and removed, plus edging & grass removal. Thanks ACA.

Amazing service! Have a corner lot and a big backyard and the professionals were able to walk me through my entire sprinkler system. They don’t sneak in any hidden costs and are very transparent and reasonable when providing quotes and services. Will absolutely continue using their services to winterize and turn on my sprinkler system every year. The customer service is above and beyond!!

You guys were awesome with the service that you performed at my home and you guys were on time. You let me know when you’re gonna show up and on your way as other companies said they would be there had me waiting for three weeks and then told me they couldn’t show up For equipment issues but couldn’t schedule me another time so you guys are awesome. We went with this company based on reviews and prior experience at a commercial building. Unfortunately, this round has been excruciatingly painful. We had three cuts and one of which was to rectify a poorly done attempt on our very first ever service. The lawn was mangled and even after we canceled, the team still showed up two days later. We are now going on two weeks waiting for this group to fulfill their customer service promise. Four separate phone calls and three emails in two weeks with unfulfilled promises for follow-up are what we have experienced.
Update: No one had the courtesy to call us; however, an email advising that a credit was being returned finally appeared. A star was added for finally having resolution to the issue.

Unprofessional and untimely service:

Scheduled a sprinkler blowout and winterization 2 weeks ahead of time. The crew was scheduled to show up between 11am-5pm but did not show up until around 7:30pm. I waited at the house all day and attempted to message the crew, but got no response.

The crew decided to show up after dark while i was eating dinner with in-laws from out of state. I felt that this was unacceptable, as I didn’t want people working inside and outside of the home while hosting a dinner.

Would not recommend due to the lack of communication and poor scheduling.

The difference between an honest company and this company. When I use Flatirons sprinkler to repair an irrigation
problem they send out two people that immediately fix the problem ( including digging to where the problem is located and repairing it) and charge $100 plus parts. This company sends out two people that provide a quote for $120 that is only refunded if you accept the quote. They do not fix the problem but provide a quote that is clearly outrageous ($523 to repair two line leaks). This is manual labor to dig down to the leaks and patch the pipe. Trivial because I installed the entire sprinkler system and know how easy the repair is. Only reason I called these guys is because Flatirons is too busy with blowouts and I am now 80 years old. I will wait until spring for Flatirons.

Team Red Bull for the win! These guys were awesome did a great job in the time block they had! Will be using their services again and recommend to anyone needing yard work. Very nice and professional.

Called 8 companies and only ACA could make it happen on short notice! I flew in Friday morning to see my grandson play football on Friday night . I then had to fly back to Texas Saturday night. ACA understood my situation and responded to my request for repair while I was there! Their services and costs were excellent! I have them lined up for winterizing the irrigation system when I return the last weekend of October!

Used these folks for a sprinkler blow out and was very happy with their service. The crew was efficient and knowledgeable, responding to all my questions and doing a number of things the last company did not do.

Craig was amazing. Personable, professional, on time and efficient. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I have recommended them to our HOA of 1000 homes to take care of the maintenance of our neighborhood as well as my daughter's school. They are a class act for sure.

This company has failed in many ways for our needs. Initially, we had some sprinklers replaced by ACA as well as our sprinklers turned on for the season. We were so excited to see the new sprinklers in action however, they performed worse than what they replaced. Then we got a city violation because they set the cycle for the sprinklers incorrectly after being told twice to set for Mon,Wed,Sat. Then we scheduled an appointment to get our newly installed sprinklers looked at and correct the sprinklers schedule. They came out and corrected the schedule for sprinklers but didn't fix their newly installed sprinklers which were spraying our cars in the driveway instead of the grass. Then we set another appointment to get our sprinklers turned off for the season about 2 months prior to today. ACA did not show up at our scheduled appointment or call us about it. ACA dis decide to come at their convenience a few days after missing the appointment where no one answered the door. ACA notified us via email "Sorry we missed you". When I tried calling about this, I was hung up on repeatedly.

Go somewhere else as anywhere else will treat you better than ACA!

Called to get a quote for lawn mowing and snow removal. Decided to go with another company after their quote came back at 4000 for the year. About twice as much as other companies. They continue to call daily even after mentioning I'm going elsewhere. Just know you may get harassed if you call for a simple quote. They must be hurting for work, which is understandable based on their pricing. What isn't understandable is the constant phone calls.
