Spectrum and Ryan have always taken great care of my generator. Ryan Majure is a top notch tech every year he does my maintenance and this year solved a exercise starting problem. This year in the SNOW!

I had my Generac worked on today by Bobby from Spectrum electric. This was a great experience. He was on time he shook my hand he looked me in the eye. He went over every single question I had.
I am a new home owner I wanted to learn how things worked and he took the time to teach me. He did not stop until he knew the generator would work, finding and fixing each error code thrown every part used was already loaded in the van no wait no returning later he got my generator running. A great experience all around! 100% recommend.

Ryan came on Saturday during a big power outage, diagnosed the probable issue then came back on Monday with parts to complete the repair.

He is extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing/testing and was comfortable with me observing.

I recommend Spectrum and specifically Ryan if you need your Generac serviced or repaired.

These guys didnt install my generator, but they took over after the installer dropped the ball. Spectrum is very organized. Kelli and the office team keep us up to date. Their techs are the best around. Ryan knows my system and my dog! Great team. Highly recommended.

Spectrum is a fantastic company, and we’re so glad they’re part of our community. We faced a very early morning generator emergency during a major power outage, expecting them to be unable to respond quickly due to the extreme volume of calls we knew they were receiving. Not only did they call us back at 6am, less than an hour after we had called, but they had a repair tech out to us, with our generator back up and running before 8am. Bobby, the tech who assisted us, was amazing. He walked me through the issue, fully explained the repair, and even showed me how to manually test for a fault going forward. It was an amazing experience to receive such personalized help during a 5 day power outage, in which I’m sure Bobby was working insanely long days. All in all, Spectrum Electric is great. We can’t recommend them enough.

Spectrum is the best! Bobby was here this morning to do routine maintenance and was extremely courteous and helpful. We had issues with our WiFi connecting and tried everything but he got it fixed. Spectrum's rep--Dylan--was personable, knowledgeable and informative, and a great representative of the company. Good PR person, for sure. Also, the gal in the office who scheduled our estimate for a Generac installation was absolutely terrific. We were impressed with the entire service.

If you are considering a whole house generator you would do yourself a service calling Spectrum Electric. From the estimate to the installation and commissioning of the generator, it was seamless. Great communication and execution of the installation. I am rather picky when it comes to workmanship. These guys are masters at their craft. Very clean looking installation. I had them upgrade my electrical panels and meter panel as well. I could not be more pleased. I now have greater peace of mind knowing my house will be powered in an outage and that Spectrum has my back with any service needs.

Jerome (Bear) and Bobby did the annual maintenance on our generator. They were focused and efficient in their work, and I could tell that they worked very well together. Based on the questions that I asked about operation of the generator and the transfer switch, they took the time to track down a problem (that I wasn't aware of) with one of the units that manages power to a particular circuit. They were in contact with personnel in the office and in the field to verify the problem and to make sure that the solution worked. Their communication with others was quick and to the point.

Spectrum Electric was so wonderful to work with on our home generator project. The whole experience from initial contact through the quote process and the actual installation was smooth and easy. The only slow down was not of their fault and was due to the energy company's slow time to repond. But Spectrum kept me in the loop through out the process. The put the area back together where the generator was installed flawlessly. It looks like its always been. We have very happy with the service that was provided and the peace of mind we know have when the power goes out. There is not enough space to type how great my experience with Spectrum Electric has been. From my initial call with Kristen, this was an excellent experience in every category. I purchased a mountain home this past summer and wanted to get a whole house generator installed. They were the authorized dealer in the area and everyone I asked said that they were the best.
Kristen got me an appointment with Dylan immediately and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get me scheduled as soon as possible and even kept in contact with me when the power was shut down due to high winds for almost 5 days. And this was before the generator was even installed.
Miguel and his crew arrived on the install day early and he was extremely friendly and WOW did these guys work hard. They had a lot of rock to dig through but they made short work of it by working so hard. And the install was excellent! Even the backfill process was perfect and quick.
Ryan then came out for the final hookup and again, great guy, knowledgeable and explained everything so well on how to use and what to expect.
Its rare to find an entire company that is so professional, knowledgeable and delivered everything they said they would and on the exact schedule they said. Such a pleasure to deal with!! I HIGHLY recommend Spectrum Electric to anyone looking for a great company for a generator!

Bear did a great job fixing my Generac that wouldn't start. He was quick & thorough, and dealt with me watching over his shoulder and asking questions. Scheduling the maintenance took a while, but it was worth the delay. Prices quoted up front were fair & accurate.

Spectrum Electric,Dylan Puckett,project manager made it easy to get started with this project, and communicated each step. The installers were GREAT, Miguel Gomez and his team were VERY PROFESSIONAL. Ryan Majure, Senior Generator Technician also VERY PROFESSIONAL, was VERY good about communicating what I needed to know as a Generac owner about the unit and what I needed to do as a customer.They ALL were VERY RESPECTFUL to us and our property. They all, Miguel and Ryan communicated every step of work they were doing and how long it would be. Every body worked good together.
