Reviews of local pros in Conifer, Colorado

The owner, Amy, was quick to respond and very organized. Brian came out, was knowledgeable and thorough. He even asked to come back the next day to work on an area we probably would have never questioned. Our carpets and upholstery looks new. Every minute of working with Amy and Brian was pleasant. 5 Stars!

I have never had carpet cleaned in any place that I lived. I was getting ready to put my house on the market and contacted Rocky Mountain Pro Tek Carpet and made an appoint to get an estimate. They showed up right on time and got me a good estimate for carpet cleaning and the slate tile in my entry way. So we made an appointment for the cleaning. It was pretty snowy and cold when the day came and they still showed up on time and were very professional. The cleaning went well and the team did a great job. Very professional and answered all my questions easily and quickly. I would absolutely recommend Rocky Mountain Pro Tek Carpet to anyone I know looking to get their carpets and/or tile cleaned.

Thank you very much

I recently had our carpets cleaned by Rocky Mountain Pro Tek and they did a fabulous job. I've used them twice before and they always do a great job. I've used other companies in the past who just rush through and have missed some of the spots. The young couple who just bought the carpet cleaning business were the ones to do the cleaning; very polite and easy to work with.

We had 2 small pet urine stains that needed to be removed along with some general areas that were dirty. I have never used Higher Ground Cleaning however, have only seen good reviews. I now am one of the good reviews and can attest that this company does excellent work and would recommend them! It is so nice to be able to give my money to someone that is in the mountains rather, then having to call someone to come up from town.

Higher Ground did a beautiful job at our house and we would definitely use them again. Professional, considerate, and thorough. They cleaned our carpets and then came back later to do a deep clean on our wood floors. They look brand new!

We had a professional and excellent job done by Amy. She was fast and did a good job getting animal stains and other problem areas clean. The carpet looks great even though its old and needs to be replaced . I would recommend higher ground cleaning services to anyone.
Fast efficient , and quality services.

With the recent adoption of our new rescue doggo, from a hoarder situation, also came the re-potty training process; our downstairs carpet took a beating! Higher Ground Cleaning did a wonderful job - even more importantly (for me) was the ease in booking an appointment, responsiveness and the professionalism of the person cleaning in my home! Definitely recommend for carpet cleaning and am considering for their house cleaning services as well!

This is the third time Higher Ground has provided exceptional carpet cleaning at my house. They are dependable, professional, and lovely humans. Highly recommended!

Amy does a great job. She cleaned a gross, dirty carpet and made the room usable again. She is very through and then gave our upholstery on our couch a clean and looks like new again. I have used Amy several times and always pleased with the results.

I am so thankful for a job well done. She really went above and beyond in moving things out of the way and making sure that all of the carpet got cleaned. It feels so much better! I also appreciate that there is no leftover smell from the carpet cleaner. I’m very sensitive to fragrance. It was also a great price. I will definitely be calling on higher ground again for my carpet cleaning needs. Thank you!

I have used Amy Sinnock's floor cleaning services for several years. She and her Higher Ground cleaning crew do an excellent job deep cleaning and polishing my wood floors and carpets as needed. She does this on a yearly basis. She is reliable and hard working. She is definitely my "Go To" person for that job. I totally recommend her. Nancy B

Amy did a wonderful job cleaning our couches, chairs & carpets. The cleaner she used for the couches smells amazing. She is very thorough and works hard to make sure everything is perfect.

Amy knows carpet! She’s reliable, friendly and does great work. My carpets were filthy, and she warned me they may need a second cleaning. After the second cleaning my carpet looks great! Also, no residual odor whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Amy is great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. We have dogs so have the added challenge associated with that. She’s always good at getting spots out and patiently teaches me again about how to manage future ones. She is very knowledgeable about caring for carpets and about the best ones for our lifestyle. Appreciate her referral for a great carpet stretcher. Carpet looks great from the cleaning and restretching. I have used Amy’s services for 5 years and will use her services again. She’s the best!

I have been using Higher Ground Cleaning Service for several years now. Amy the owner knows her carpet!! She always takes pride in her work! She does an incredible job at cleaning my carpets. I love supporting her small business, very professional, always on time and her prices are very affordable. I have Amy clean my carpets, furniture, rugs when needed. You will be very pleased with her services!

Great experience with Amy! We have two dogs so our two year old carpets and rugs were in need of a deep clean. We had all of our carpets cleaned as well as our hand woven wool rugs that were taken off site for a week to be deep cleaned. I almost purchased new rugs thinking they were just too dirty. But, now, My carpets and rugs look incredible! Definitely hiring Amy yearly to keep our carpets clean and extended their life.

Amy does amazing work. She has become our go to resource for carpet cleaning. With multiple pets and kids, our carpet can take a beating, and she gets it looking and smelling like new in no time! Highly recommend!

Amy was so knowledgeable and helpful with our rug and upholstery cleaning! It was a painless process. We will definitely hire them again in the future.

Amy did an incredible job our townhome’s carpets and the customer service was outstanding. The whole process was very quick and easy. Would use again!

These guys are the best. Twice they have cleaned some tough stains out of the carpets in my parent's house. They are thorough and pleasant to work with.

I called to get an estimate and after providing some measurements they were able to give me a quote and schedule an appointment within the same phone call! The crew that was sent on appointment day was very friendly and professional. They did a quick job, but thorough.
