Sebastian and his crew members did a fantastic job on our house projects. They were very professional, and took their time to do things the right way. I would definitely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone doing projects on their home!

He was responsive and on time throughout the project and we appreciated his help in turning things around soon before the weather got bad. Would recommend and hire again too.

Sebastian was amazing. He was professional and thorough, and we absolutely could not be happier with the work he did. He installed our new front door with a keyless remote and, even though he said it was hardest door he has ever had to install, he stuck with it and did it perfectly. We hired Sebastian to install some baby gates in our house. The job was was much more difficult because of the design of our house, but Sebastian was able to install the gates without much difficulty, and they are holding up very well. He was easy to work with, was on time, and was very professional. Price was fair. We will definitely use him again for future jobs around the house. Would highly recommend him!

I recently moved to Denver and wasn't sure where to start for a contractor to work on my new home. After calling 20 companies and interviewing 6 of them, I decided to go with Synchro Properties, led by Sebastian—and I’m so glad I did!

Sebastian and Cesare were efficient but never compromised on quality. They transformed an open room into a full bathroom with no existing plumbing and turned a poorly-built attached outdoor shed into a beautiful walk-in master closet. They also upgraded the master bedroom window, redid the siding on the back of the house, and converted a 1-door into a 2-door.

Throughout the project, hiccups arose (as they always do), but they were dealt with quickly, respectfully, and professionally.

Cesare was extremely thoughtful with the details, like adding a water shut-off valve inside the water heater closet, saving me the hassle of crawling under the house. He also designed a shower bench that’s the same height as the vanity, making it super convenient for my husband and me to transfer items for cleaning or temporary staging.

What I appreciated most was how Sebastian explained every step of the process, making it simple to follow along with the many moving parts. He also gave his opinion in a way that makes you feel like you're partners in the project—not just hiring someone to do the job.

I initially contacted Sebastian to get a quote for some drywall work at a rental property I was remodeling. When Sebastian came over, his knowledge of not only drywall but also other aspects of my project were apparent. Because of this, I hired Sebastian to complete the drywall and also many other things that needed to be completed around the house. He always had great ideas, he was efficient, and he also was very reasonable compared to other quotes I'd received. Sebastian also is a great communicator, which made the process go so much smoother. Hiring Sebastian was easily one of the best decisions I made during this remodel process. I would work with Sebastian and his team again anytime, and HIGHLY recommend him and Synchro Properties.

I purchased a hot water heater from home depot which was a huge mistake. I was under quoted by 550.00 dollars and the install was a diasater.

Went in to purchase a hot water heater. It took forever to find an associate. The man that did come, we asked him to explain the process. We needed it to be installed. So he took us to his computer, took my information then walked away. He didn't explain what my information was for or how we can make our purchase. We hunted him down again and asked how much the install would be. He said he had no idea. We asked how we can make our purchase, he said to wait for a call in the morning. He seemed very annoyed that we were asking him questions. This isn't my first experience with poor customer service. Will never shop here again.

Bought 16,000 worth of kitchen cabinets counters and floor. Worst experience ever had. They hid trim in the make up of the counters we did not discuss. It was a nightmare The counter company Home Depot employs. Front Range Stone are the most unprofessional people to put in counters. The only good part was the floor contractor. Would not recommend the store for kitchens.
