The best team in the industry. Had a difficult problem with a breaker issue. Could have easily told me that what I was doing wasn't possible. They take the time to understand what I was doing, gave me several different options, explained pros and cons, built me a breaker on the spot and insured that I was happy. Denver breaker is awesome!! Dave even waited around after hours, on a Friday for nearly an hour while I navigated the increasingly deplorable traffic conditions our fair city has come to know all to well. This was invaluable to me as I needed a specialty breaker to install a water heater for my sister who had been without warm water for nearly 2 weeks. The price was a fraction of what local supply companies had quoted me and the soonest any of them could source it was 15 days. Customer service is and always has been important to me and Denver Breaker exemplifies it!!!

We went into sell some breakers, this is my first time into the store. You walk in and it's very well kept quite clean well lit the receptionist is very nice and was quick to help us. They gave us a pretty good price for some breakers that we had, will definitely be doing business with them again soon. Highly recommend if you need to buy or sell breakers.

My main breaker failed to reset on in and old GE Powermark Plus 200-Amp panel. DB had a new obsolete breaker in stock. Rick was informative, patient and professional in regard to answering all my questions as a homeowner. Upon arrival, the location is clean and well organized. I have experienced good service in the past , however, my last purchase was an emergency service call requiring a 200 amp main breaker. I drove an hour and a half rushed to the job site and the breaker wouldn’t pass continuity through phase “c”. Furthermore, repeated calls were unanswered resulting in shutting down the restaurant for the weekend. Luckily the manufacturer (Eaton) was able to overnight the part. What really stood out was the lack of response, the failure to empathize with the embarrassment, and to top it all off a sluggish pace at returning the money paid for the breaker to me. If this were the only time Denver breaker dropped the ball, it would still result in loosing time, respect and literally tens of thousands of dollars in revenue due to their lack of quality control. I do regret not bringing my meter , but the heat shrink cellophane repackaging and very confidently stated assurance’s that each unit is bench tested had me feeling comfortable. That’s gone too.

Called for the first time yesterday morning. Our mill was down with a bad main breaker. Talked to Rick and he said they had one. I asked if I could get it next day air shipped to me. They got it tested and shipped. Running today by noon. Great experience. I’ll definitely be calling again.
