Great people accepted my late delivery very happy

I spoke to 3 people to unload..everyone was so rude for no reason. Why?

Employees are so rude I've been sent away because they didn't want to pull an order..I stopped using them theres a CES down the street

By FAR the worst place to deliver its this company they treat truck drivers like animals...24h for one truck to be unloaded...disrespectfull 99th level

Buy all the supplies you need. At great low prices, for all your building needs, electrical, tools, lights ect. Tell them what you need n want n they bring it to you as soon as you come in.

Very rude and unprofessional receiving department,for some reason they are very disrespectful towards truck drivers..Person who works inside that looks like Santa Claus just much older and fatter,was very rood.i understand that those people inside are working for pennies but that is not reason to offend anyone.

I've scheduled a delivery appointment with Rexel at 8:30am. I checked in at 8:25am and was told to wait. I've been waiting for an hour already...
If you want to work with IRRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS that DOESN'T CARE about you, Rexel is the way to go.

Really wish 0 stars was an option! Dont know much about inside this place but shipping and receiving is a JOKE they refused to unload one of my drivers today. He was there at 10:45am and they weren't doing anything the guy that refused to unload him spent more time arguing about not unloading him than he would have had he unloaded him. Their whole system is a joke.

Well I understand appointments, I'm a day early no one scheduled for the time I'm here,17 pallets is the only reason they didn't wnt to take their frieght

This people the are very respectful the unload my trailer and the clean the trailer. I’m doing business trucking more then 6years it’s my first time to see the trash company help me to sweep my trailer. I know my English is not very good. Please driver don’t just judge people for second do you check your self before you judge someone.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Broker didn't give us appointment time and forklift operator refuses to unload us because we supposedly missed our appointment time. There are no trucks coming in or out so they aren't busy. Phone numbers don't work. Trying to find out who owns this building and if they want their 2 loads of pvc pipe out not. Forklift operator is as miserable as a person can be.

The people who work here are very unprofessional at best.... That is if you can even find anyone to speak too

Worst company ever, they think they are the most important people over there. If you miss the appt they will not unload you at all, and you have to wait for days to get another appt, and there are even no trucks at all for pick-up or for delivery. They do not care about anyone, even if they have free time they will sit and look at you instead to unload those 2 pieces of pipes that you are bringing.
Block them everywhere, do not pick-up from them and do not deliver to them, do not waste your time.

How is it possible that is happening again today? We arrived at the time of the frame the broker gave us, and he refused to unload us. There is nobody else here, just us. Workers are mean and grumpy for no reason. Guys, if you are not happy with your job, just quick, but you need to work on customer service. You need to respect every single person no matter what and think in the effort that every driver put to get there when you are just sitting around disrespect us and do nothing.

Orders taken forever to get filled, inaccurate, don't order here if you're in a hurry. Took them over two hours to cut 60ft of wire

Absolutely disgusting and miserable human beings work here with lack of respect to other people time and their business, I wish I could give them -10 stars! Beware truckers! If you see this company on your BOL better cancel before you even load something!

If I was to rate Phill I give a 5 out of 5 but unfortunately Alex back works to and was very rude and can not focus/ multi task or any task for matter. Terrible experience

My order was picked and when I received my flex cut they cut seil tight for me instead. Mistakes happen not mad about that was impressed with Alex willingness to stay past his clock out time in order to assist a customer
