We had to replace an old Clipper Creek charger after the unit failed and so we called ChargerPro. Based on a remote review of our panel and existing line, we went with an Emporium level 2 charger. It was installed quickly by the techs and they showed us how to set up the app - really cool! Highly recommend this company for home installs.

I reached out through the website on a Saturday, and Josh responded within minutes. He wasn’t pushy at all, and he answered all of my many questions, even during the weekend.

Other companies were either more expensive or wanted to cut corners by not getting a permit or using a plug-in installation (which can cause fires). ChargerPro was different. Not only did they include permitting in their already low price. They also supplied the charger for me at market rate so that I didn’t have to arrange for delivery myself.

And when it came time for install, they came out on time even though there was a big snowstorm. The installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and very low maintenance. I just opened the garage and pointed to where I wanted the charger. Doesn’t get any easier than that!

I really can’t recommend them highly enough. I can’t remember the last time I had this good of an experience on a home installation or repair.

The experience of getting our charger installed through ChargerPro couldn’t have been easier. They sent a great electrician who came with the official Tesla charger and did the whole thing in one afternoon at the time promised, put the charger right where we wanted it, with very high quality wiring and we didn’t have to stress wondering what the price was going to be after the fact. It was competitively priced and the peace of mind of going with a company that has EV chargers as their sole focus was worth it.

There is no need to call anyone else!! This company is extremely professional, flexible and super friendly. They know EV chargers and installs. Cord was super awesome and came away with a great way to get my charger to where it needed in the garage. Alex helped me play stump the Rivian Charger with the Rivian Help Desk and the charger itself. He was knowledgeable and was more than willing to spend extra time with me and the system. The communication from the Brandon from ten first time I emailed for a quote until the inspection has top notch. It is such a great pleasure when the contractors know their stuff and get the job done right. Their platform to book service is as easy as Tesla’s platform. The 2 guys that came out were former solar roof panel contractors and knew their stuff. They cut and laid out conduit to the place where it was most convenient for me to charge in under 2 hours, clear explanations on charging process, and next steps for city’s permit inspection. Brennan informed me of date and time of city’s inspector and emailed me the approved permit afterwards. If I ever move and need another L2 charger installed, this is the company. Believe me, I got 2 other quotes before I went with them and could ascertain the level of expertise and professionalism. Thank you ChargerPro for making the transition to EV car stress-free.
