He was polite and professional ensuring every detail was covered. The installation team Cord and Collin were clearly experts, they were efficient, meticulous, and incredibly respectful of the space. Their work was flawless, and they left the area spotless. The installation was fast, and customer focused and very friendly. I Could not recommend them more highly.

ChargerPro did our Tesla installation and we could not be happier. Everything was smooth and easy. The installers were total professionals and able to put the charger exactly where we wanted despite the electrical box being a good ways away. Very clean installation. Looks like it was built into the house as part of the original design despite being an add on well after. During my installation the company owners happened to be in the area checking up on installations that day and stopped by. They could not be nicer. Great people. Great company

I used ChargerPro to get a Tesla universal charger installed at my house and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The whole process was simple and seamless from texting a few photos of my electric panel to choosing an installation date. There was no high pressure sales call, no forcing you to get on the phone and deal with the whole phone tag BS, just a few simple text messages back and forth and some transparent and honest communication and pricing! I don't even want to comment on this since I would hate for the folks at ChargerPro to think they are undercharging for their services and raise prices but after getting several quotes for this, you will NOT find a better deal in town. This cost me a fraction of some of the quotes I received.

As a retired Army Colonel and Family Physician, I give great weight to any of my reviews. Josh and Joe won me over with their enthusiasm over electric vehicles and installing chargers. Their promise to keep the posted price was very important to me as I have had various companies come to our home and jack up the price with various add-ons instead of being upfront with the price. I purchased a Tesla Model Y Long Range In December and needed to have my charger installed. Their installer, Alex, was wonderful! Alex was another raving fan about their company and electric vehicles. He was very experienced installing my Tesla charger in a few hours. I had an idea of where the charger should be mounted, but the guys had a better idea and put it near my garage door so that it would be easier for me to connect to the rear of my car. It was a longer run from the electrical box to the door but they felt it would be a better placement and was the same cost. Alex installed the wires and steel pipe conduit because it is more durable than the PVC type conduits, even though it cost them more, but not me. It looked great and worked even better. They installed my charger on my birthday and went out of their way to get a really great birthday muffin/cupcake for me. Even the cupcake was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. I give an exuberant recommendation for ChargerPro.

Received a Gateway with the purchase of a Tesla Cyberbeast. My contractor had it installed stating it was by a Tesla certified installer. However, after six months and two power outages and the system never working I finally called Ben at ChargerPro worried about an upcoming ice storm. I was not in town when I called and by the time I arrived home, Ben had already made sure to have one of his guys out before the storm and the system now works perfectly. He also followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy. These guys definitely know how to run a business and quickly execute a project. We could not recommend them highly enough. Beyond five stars.

I’m so happy we decided to use ChargerPro! They were so knowledgeable and so great to work with form the moment I called the first time. The first phone call I made nobody answered so I hung up but about 10 min later Walker called back and I was able to ask him all the detailed questions. We did also get a second quote from another company but ChargerPro came out $400 cheaper. The communication from this company was amazing and every follow through was communicated down to the detail. They even moved me up from my original appt as I had requested a quicker date. The two gentleman that came out to install were so polite and kind. They explained every thing for us and were done in exactly three hours. They are seriously pros at what they do! Even the city inspector said it was perfectly installed when he came after the install. I would highly recommend them! Do not use anyone other company to install your EV chargers. ChargerPro is extremely trust worthy!

Chargerpro was great to work with and I would definitely recommend. Working with Walker over the phone to get pricing and scheduling was very straightforward. They offered the lowest quote with a permit out of everyone I got a quote from here in Houston, TX. Noah was the local installer here in Houston and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire installation. It was very smooth and quick to install, and even helped setup the Tesla app to ensure everything was working properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better and very proper installation. Would go with them again if I had to get another EV charger installed.

I've been using the EV charger for a few weeks. ChargerPro team was great! They were very professional and kind, keeping me informed every step. All I had to do was book an appointment with them (online scheduling is available), and they handled everything else from applying the permit to installation and scheduling final inspection. Reasonable price and I highly recommend ChargerPro!

Bluecore was the subcontractor on a solar project that did not complete by the expiration of the tax credits last year and I previously submitted a negative review on the basis of this. However I now believe much of the blame for this is on the main contractor and the City of Aurora not permitting in time.

Their electrician, Jorge reached back out to me and we completed a panel upgrade and EV charger installation that went quite well, Jorge is very diligent and professional.

We're now moving forward on pricing a new solar project without the tax credits and I'll update my review again when it completes.
