Receiving very poor service they will have me wait almost 3hrs to get unloaded when in reality it will take 15 to 20min tops to unload.

Great selection of parts. Poor customer service if you want to inquire upon said part selection.

Was in the area and stop by to check on gang boxes, and ask a question they answered.hard to find and the system was down,but did a great job.

Service is good but they take along time to bring what you order even if you call ahead of time.

The fact that you have no counter at your new location off 55th avenue stinks. It means you have to go to Pecos location and place order then pickup at 55th ave location. You cant even place an order on 55th even though that is where most telecom parts are located.

Just enough space for truck parking. Dock 17 is inop. Door 11 is where u contact the warehouse people. Also this is for Amazon Fresh deliveries

Absolutely horrible counter sales. Only guy working there ignored me for 15 minutes, then took a customer that walked in after me. Ended up walking out and went to CED. That was my one and only visit there.

Friendly and efficient staff at the receiving dock. Had me unloaded in a few minutes. The yard is wide and uncluttered, easy to get in and out.

I dont know whats going on with their shipping department but every single order I receive is a huge mess of wrong parts, parts not being on p.o. ECT. Almost anything you can think of being wrong with an order I've had to deal for as long as I can remember.

Service was friendly and fast despite arriving only 20 minutes before closing. Pleasantly surprised.
Compared to Graybar will calls in a dozen other cities, this was the best I've been in.
